This table shows the early overnight ratings. These ratings are normally adjusted later in the day when all the ratings have been consolidated to take into account any local preemptions and/or overruns. You can find all the final adjusted numbers in our Ratings Database. (See the About section below for details about ratings)
Can't see the tables? Check out our Troubleshooting Guide
Each day (except Sunday) during the main TV Season we post the TV Ratings for the previous nights primetime shows for the major broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, CW, FOX, NBC). Cable Network ratings will be added to the Ratings Database.
The first item that gets posted (normally around 2pm GMT) is the early overnight analysis based on the early household numbers (these are not the same as the Total Viewers and 18-49 Demo numbers that are posted later).
Next, if available, we will post the Top 25 Market 18-49 Ratings to give you a rough idea of the ratings to following.
Later on (normally between 4pm-5pm GMT) we post the official early overnight Total Viewers and 18-49 Demo numbers in the table above.
Finally, later in the evening (10pm-11pm GMT) or the following day, the final adjusted ratings numbers are released, these are then posted in the Ratings Database. The Final Adjusted numbers are what we use for all our Renew/Cancellation Tables, Full Season Tables, Ratings Scorecards etc (see below). Friday's Final Adjusted Ratings are normally available on the following Monday.
If you’re interested in Ratings/Renewals/Cancellations then we have a number of resources here at SpoilerTV that we recommend you check out.
Wow Constantine. That's bad. Another meal for the cancellation bear there...
ReplyDeleteCristela is steady or? But a 1.0 is not good :(

18-34 ratings per showbuzzdaily:
ReplyDeleteNBC:
Dateline: 0.6
Grimm: 0.6
Constantine: 0.5
ABC:
LMS: 0.8
Cristela: 07.
Shark Tank: 1.4
20/20: 08.
CBS:
TAR: 0.7
H50: 0.7
Blue Bloods: 0.6
FOX:
Utopia: 0.3
CW:
ANTM: 0.2
Constantine was released 3hrs early on torrent sites, same with Blue Bloods. Not sure if that would have an effect on the ratings.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if Last Man Standing can live on for another season sticking at those ratings; I think it has never gone below 1.2 so far
ReplyDeleteThanks
ReplyDeleteNo Grimm and Hawaii Five-0 :( Is Grimm going to get cancelled?
ReplyDeleteOuch for NBC, Grimm isn't the Friday-powerhouse that it used to be. And I'm glad Cristela stayed even.
ReplyDeleteBut Utopia... I forgot it's even still on. A 0.5??? That's like the numbers that Saurday burnoff shows get! It barely beat a rerun of Whose Line.
H 5-0 will be done at the end of the season, and Amasing Race will probably have a final run, either post-Big Brither in a summer or in the bridge between Survivor cycles
My pleasure :)
ReplyDeleteCheap show to make, plus it was Halloween, so numbers across the board will be down.
ReplyDeleteThe test will be next week if the shows "bounce" back.
It's only chance is beneffiting from any bounce back Grimm can make in the coming weeks, but so far it is looking dead
ReplyDeleteI think it's good enough considering the following:
ReplyDelete1) LMS is growing weak and may not get another season due to contract issues with production companies
2) The Tuesday comedies are doing just as bad, if not worse
3) ABC only has one midseason comedy
That certainly looks to be playing on Last Man Standing's favor; the only thing against it is that it comes from 20th Century FOX, but it give ABC something to hold on at 8PM while they wait for Shark Tank to rule the night, so maybe they'll let it stick there a little bit longer
ReplyDeleteWow, a 0.3. Didn't even think that was possible
ReplyDeleteMost states were pre-empted with no H50 due to football from what I heard from a friend in Florida
ReplyDeleteOf Last Man Standing, Cristela, and Fresh Off the Boat, I think two, but not all, will be renewed
ReplyDeleteConsidering Fridays have a huge problem skewing young, it's not so surprising
ReplyDeleteNot surprised, I always thought Constantine would be cancelled.
ReplyDeleteNah.
ReplyDeleteOuch Constantine!
ReplyDeleteNo pre-emptions were mentioned in the ratings report.
ReplyDeleteIf there were pre-emptions then H50 will likely be adjusted down.
It will depend on how Fresh Off the Boat premieres and what ABC has planned for Fridays next season. The only sure thing about the night right now is that Shark Tank will continue to run there at 9PM
ReplyDeleteWhich in turn depends on where Fresh Off the Boat premieres. It belongs behind the Goldbergs but that probably can't happen this year
ReplyDeleteIt's good enough to not get pulled. But I am really not sure whether it's good enough for a full season, or a renewal. I think it really depends on what ABC wants to do for the Friday block. If they are confident that another show like The Shark Tank spin-off can do better numbers and since Last Man Standing has hit syndication numbers, they might end both LMS and Cristela. But if not, who knows what will happen? Apparently TVLine has "insiders" that say that Cristela is a safe bet for renewal, but you have to take it with a pinch of salt. Personally, I think the ethnic thing might be helping its prospects, after all ABC wants to boast about diversity of family comedies with Black-ish, Fresh Off The Boat, Modern Family, Cristela, The Goldbergs and The Middle.
ReplyDeleteYep. If Grimm goes up maybe 0.1/0.2 and holds steady, it itself will be fine, but I doubt that Constantine will be able to hold as much of Grimm's demo as it needs. I give it 3 weeks before Constantine is gone.
ReplyDeleteSo it seems that I predicted Constantine to be renewed. Oops.
ReplyDeleteBit too early to tell, I think.
ReplyDeleteOuch constantine
ReplyDeleteWednesday are overcrowded, The Middle, The Goldbergs, Modern Family and Blackish will all run there all season long. At best FOB gets a sampling chance after Modern Family, but that's the best it can hope for.
ReplyDeleteIt will either premiere on Tuesday or Friday if Cristela doesn't get a backorder
Ohhh okay interesting. Thx :)
ReplyDeleteI really didn't expect that. I was thinking a drop to 1.1 at worst instead of a 0.9.
ReplyDeleteAt least Grimm didn't get a series low, I think another season had it, or was that just total viewers and not demo?
ReplyDeleteI don't know, they did let Dracula run its whole season even though it was low rated, maybe they will let Constantine do the same. Heck, they are even letting Bad Judge and A to Z run their courses and they rate worse
ReplyDeleteYeah all true. I do think it will be cancelled though. A 1.0 in episode four is not good. I think abc should cancel selfie first though.
ReplyDeleteNot related to today's ratings so much, but interesting to point out, I feel
ReplyDeletehttps://twitter.com/EricIGN/status/528545351620243458
https://twitter.com/TyTalksTV/status/528565775859077120
Joint low in the demo with 3.18 - but if you compare the viewers of that episode with this one then this episode was a series low.
ReplyDeleteI don't think it can go to Tuesday considering that both comedies will be done with nothing to replace them, so it would be the only comedy's cheduled there, which is impossible.
ReplyDeleteNow that I say it, I'm thinking Cristela doesn't get a back order :(. I still think that they could renew it though and end Last Man Standing
Yeah, when I say gone, I mean cancelled. They'll air all 13 regardless because they'll hold Hannibal back until late winter/early spring.
ReplyDeleteNBC is in such a shameful place with comedies. And let's not even start with FOX, which has only Sundays and Gotham to brag about- and to some extent, Sleepy Hollow as a steady player
ReplyDeleteI think it is really sad. I did not Check it out but it the trailer looked so different compared to all other shows on TV.
ReplyDeleteYep. If it weren't for those shows, I'd be interested to see how the average compares to the CW.
ReplyDeleteMatty, you can see all the past ratings in our Ratings Database here http://stvplus.com/show/75/Grimm#episodes
ReplyDeleteCan you predict sunday ratings here without someone complaining about it or being attacked?
ReplyDeleteThe only way Cristela will get renewed over LMS, which has way more episodes. is that Cristela suddenly shoots up in the ratings and start delivering 1.3+ ratings, but that is highly unlikely.
ReplyDeleteSo far it's looking like FOB will take over Cristela's timeslot,
Of course you can :)
ReplyDeletedamn it crystal
ReplyDeleteAwful ratings all around except for Shark Tank. Either Hawaii Five-0 or Blue Bloods is gonna bite the dust at the end of the season. My bet is on H50. Constantine will be canceled as well, I think.
ReplyDeleteGreat :) am way too used to TVBTN
ReplyDeleteSince saturday ratings are a bit boring my predictions for sunday
OUAT: 2.7
resurrection:1.3
Revenge 1.2-1.3
All shows should rise and OUAT had an amazing episode last week and revenge will be insane this sunday
Looks like Constantine won't be around very long. :(
ReplyDeleteUm, not true. Glee did as well.
ReplyDeleteThey would be neck to neck.
ReplyDeleteFOX avarage without Sunday or Monday is 1.16
CW avarage as of right now is a bit lower: 0,78
FOX is a couple of tenths higher, but not that far away from The CW
Guess he's not counting Glee as an out-an-out drama.
ReplyDeleteThat's bad.
ReplyDeleteIt's worse: it's dreadful
ReplyDeleteHouse also had way more than 50 episodes.
ReplyDeleteMy survival depends on Grimm's.
ReplyDeleteOh, then absolutely! Probably they'll extend the same treatment they gave Bad Judge and A to Z; cancelled, but announced just in time to plan an exit route
ReplyDeletePremiered before Bones.
ReplyDeleteYeah, but it premiered before Fringe. He means that no drama after Fringe got more than 50 episodes
ReplyDeleteYep. They'd pull it sooner, but they will want to hold Hannibal/it won't be ready
ReplyDeleteI don't think it's getting renewed at this numbers. I even think it's doubtful they get a backorder.
ReplyDeleteMy guess is that OUAT won't quite be that high. 2.5/2.6 maybe.
ReplyDeleteResurrection 1.2
Revenge 1.2
no surprise given it's timeslot
ReplyDeleteOuch Grimm, I hope it's adjusted up.
ReplyDeleteAs for Constantine, I really hated its pilot. Wouldn't mind to see it gone.
I think Fresh off the Boat will be burned off somewhere, Cristella won't get a backorder and ABC will double up on LMS on March to make way for Beyond the Tank in April and May.
ReplyDeleteGrimm is still certain to be renewed, as it is certain to rebound from this.
ReplyDeleteShouldn't Beyond the Tank act as an air suply for Tuesdays? I mean, considering how badly they are doing on the night SHIELD could really use a decent lead in
ReplyDeleteCult on the CW in the 12-13 season went down to a 0.1 in the 18-49 demo.
ReplyDeleteYeah, it has gone this low before and bounce back. It's what Grimm does
ReplyDeleteFox is just pathetic.
ReplyDeleteMight be nothing but, on the bright side, 5-O didn't drop that much for Halloween..........They actually gained overall viewers... :P
ReplyDeleteI am not really sure if CBS will cancel any Friday dramas. Maybe if they renew Madam Secretary but otherwise between the slots of TAR (summer bound), Stalker (very likely cancelation) and Two and a Half Men/The McCarthys (ending/cancelled), they have enough space for 3 hours of new programming. They can also cancel CSI if need be or they can renew a drama for half a seaosn like they did with the mentalist. A lot comes down to development. If they have another drama season in which the only worthy dramas are Hostages and Intelligence they will keep their veterans.
ReplyDeleteI don't know why so many people picked Constantine to be renewed?
ReplyDeleteI agree; and have you seen the kind of pilots they are ordering?
ReplyDeleteAn Ebola limited series? Like, seriously?
I would do that, yes, but I believe ABC will air it on Fridays.
ReplyDeleteI am somewhat hoping that Revenge can prove itself (though the ratings are a shadow of its past) a little by pulling ahead of Resurrection.
ReplyDeletethere would've been no effect whatsoever, first of all the only people looking for the episodes on torrent sites are hardcore fans or people that wouldn't have watched live anyway
ReplyDeletethere's virtually no chance Constantine dropped a single tenth due to that.
Same goes for Reign and other shows that have their episodes released prior to their initial airing
So they want another Shonda night, this time with Shark Time running from 8 to 10? While I understand the logic behind that- and they would reign on the night- it seems like a wasted chance to use that show to prop another night that needs it way more
ReplyDeleteThey were already making the series before the outbreak, but the project quickly picked up steam when the Ebola outbreak was the news all the time.
ReplyDeleteIf it gets picked up we could have the first ever 0.0 demo. Or FOX will just cancel it before it even airs.
ReplyDeleteIt shouldn't be picked up at all.
ReplyDeleteLast Man Standing is thevery definition of timeslot filler. Small cast, a small variety of sets and minimal camera angles. Probably one of the cheapest produced shows of this generation.
ReplyDeleteThe only reason there might be some budget is Tim Allen
That Would be awesome. I hope people tune in tomorrow. It will be one insane episode
ReplyDeleteYeah that will probably happen
ReplyDeleteisn't Grimm in it's fourth season now? Keep in mind: Grimm is perfect syndication material for TNT
ReplyDeleteUgh. Why the heck would they air fresh episodes on Halloween. And I'm actually enjoying that Constantine sticks fairly close to the comics. Unless there's a serious uptick next week the show won't go beyond 13.
ReplyDeleteAgain I agree, but I think the plan won't go in that direction
ReplyDeletebecause it's DC property, it just looked like it would become the year of DC
ReplyDeleteConsidering how well SPN has done in TNT, Grimm may do as well, so I'm sure NBC got a sweet deal out of it. It'll probably get a lot of episodes produced before it ends.
ReplyDeleteDon't u think they are delaying the father daughter reunion drama a bit too much?
ReplyDeleteDC comics so far have been hits on TV; Arrow, The Flash and Gotham all do extremely well for their networks
ReplyDeleteThis is why ABC is often called "the dumb network". The only good choice I've seen them taking so far is TGIT, and that could have been done last season
ReplyDeleteyeah, it's just one of these shows that are predestined for syndication. Easy to get into
ReplyDeleteI Personally don't mind that they are doing that. I think the reunion should be a big huge thing. It should be shocking and special. IMO it should not be rushed. I am just curious to see what david will reveal in tomorrow's episode and what will happen to Charlotte. Do you understand what i mean?
ReplyDeleteCharlotte dies in episode 6,everyone knows this bit.
ReplyDeleteI know... i am curious to see how though. But don't tell me
ReplyDeleteThe thing is,david so far has been such a let-down for me.The narrative at the beginning by emily/amanda was so good, they cut that out this year.It added to the drama.Last episode was very boring for me.I hope things pick up otherwise i have to drop the show after mid-season finale sadly!
ReplyDeleteI really hope you do not drop it. I think tomorrow will improve from last episode. I just hope david does the right things. I will always watch revenge even if it turns out horrible because i want to see how it ends eventually
ReplyDeleteH50's biggest thing weighing it down is its fandom. You introduce a new character and they throw a fit. You give either Danny or Steve a love interest, people whine constantly on tumblr and twitter because it gets in the way of their homo-erotic fantasy of the two.
ReplyDeleteIt truly is a case of the vocal minority being EXTREMELY vocal, but it's made this show's fandom into one of the least likable on the internet. If those idiots had their way, the show would have stayed exactly the same as it was in the first season. No character progression, no new characters, no new stories, just bromance.
They are already casting for season 27, so TAR should have at least two more seasons.
ReplyDeleteI love their bromance but you have a valid point.Everything cannot stay the same as it was in season 1.But season 4 had hardly any bromance,so they did try to change things.Nothing is helping now.
ReplyDeleteWhat's even worse is that now david will go after my fav character from the show-nolan!I was like-WTH!!
ReplyDeleteI hope there is another reason why he is going after Him. If not i hope nolan tells him something. But once again don't tell me anything if you already have spoilers
ReplyDeleteConstantine didn't look good unlike the other DC shows.
ReplyDeleteI don't know TBH.I can only hope it can keep me interested, that's all-whatever the reason is.My patience is wearing thin!
ReplyDeleteI can understand that
ReplyDeleteThey won't end Hawaii Five-0 unless the cast wants it to end. The combination of that and Blue Bloods does well for them and I can't see anything else doing much better in the timeslot.
ReplyDeleteIn the awards season Glee always get nominations as comedy, you're right Bradley.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I started in season two and had no problem jumping in without any other knowledge. The arcs tend to finish within a season, except for the ones that kind of hover in the background like the coins, which we like never hear about and aren't there several keys that we need to know about? But really if the show ended without telling me a lot about either, I wouldn't be bothered because they come up so rarely.
ReplyDeleteNovember sweeps.
ReplyDeleteI guess they are going to cancel Hawaii maybe Elementary... CSI probably going to be renewed for a final season... And they already have Mentalist and Two and a Half Men cancelled.
ReplyDeletePOI will be cancelled before Elementary because CBS owns the latter. Any CBS owned bubble series will take priority over POI.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a constant watcher, only seen a few episodes and I never had an issue jumping in either.
ReplyDeleteIt's the Buffy formula: deliver a story in the background and tell one-off arcs each episode. Not saying that Grimm is as good as Buffy or Angel but it's hovering in the same area
If I ever had to write a mystery themed show I'd go down that route
Doesnt Elementary need another season for syndication? Hawaii and POI dont (not that either are doing to badly in their time slots) and could end to free up space on the schedule if needed.
ReplyDeleteIf Constantine is cancelled, I will be soooooooo angry. It's a great show in a lousy timeslot. John Constantine is finally done right and on TV no less and the show will ultimately get cancelled.
ReplyDeleteFOX has a few shows waiting in the wings that might do decently if they get the scheduling right, but I don't trust them to get it right. They aired their failing comedies on Tuesday after the already dead before the season started Utopia. The entire line up needs a re-haul.
ReplyDeleteit would have done crap in any time slot
ReplyDeleteSays who? It's a fantastic show and a well-written show at that.
ReplyDeletethat's a dumb statement, friday nights is far from a good timeslot. It would have certainly done better during every other night of the week
ReplyDeletethe pilot was solid, I'm not too hot on watching episode 2 though, I really liked the female lead in the pilot and knowing that they wrote her off like that....
ReplyDeleteAlright, I just though they needed to make room for POI/Elementary eventually, really all their dramas are aging
ReplyDeleteSeasons or cycles?
ReplyDeleteI remember that now, that was for its finale too, when it got a 0 share
ReplyDeleteIts first 0.1 was in its fifth episode. It got cancelled after its sixth.
ReplyDeleteCounting FOTB ABC has 9 comedies this year, 7 which are on the schedule now, 1 cancelled, 1 for midseason. Since comedies are 1/2 hour and Sekfie will be gone by Christmas, ABC will have 7 at midseason. Only way to fit this in is to save FOTB for maybe April or to take a show off the schedule (Cristela). Do you think it has any chance for renewal, I'm pleasantly surprised by it.
ReplyDeleteI think this year CBS will cancel a veteran drama. They just don't have space for all of them to return. There is also a slight chance one of the midseason dramas will succeed because they seem promising. Then again I thought the same of Intelligence and look how that turned out.
ReplyDeleteit actually looked pretty darn badass from the promos
ReplyDeletemy Aunt Kate recently got a stunning green Mercedes-Benz S-Class Diesel just by some part time working online with a mac book air, work at any time any where, sundays are open too.....http://tiny.cc/yfrnox
ReplyDeleteHalloween + awful lead in for H50........AR is not helping this season and NO it will be cancelled since CBS love it
ReplyDeleteI disagree with two things:
ReplyDelete- which midseason dramas would they renew? It looks like the only one that will debut in season is Cyber and that's likely to land Sundays at 10 which is not promising at all
- if they cancel Madam Secretary, Stalker, move TAR to summer, end Men and axe the McCarthys, they open 4 hours of new programming which is around the amount of hours they tend to premiere. Some years the even premiere only 3 or 3.5. So I don't see why they would need space.
This being said, I do consider H50 to be legitimately in danger now after these two airings. But I am not sure if syndication won't be enough to save it, especially since, like I was saying, CBS does have the space to do it.
I really, really really hope Constantine bounds back next week. *fingers crossed* It was Halloween after all. Maybe people will catch up via DVR and online and it can at least go back up beyond a 1... *fingers crossed* I enjoyed episode two much more than the pilot.
ReplyDeleteI hope Constantine does better next week (since this week was Halloween), it's such a good show. Please, try to spread the word of this show so that it doesn't get cancelled.
ReplyDeleteThey had another direction from the show; plus, I like the new female lead better.
ReplyDeleteOr people who follow shows that aren't broadcast in their country until months/years later.
ReplyDeleteSucks about Constantine because I really enjoyed the second episode and think they could really be on to something (personally it fills the void Supernatural left since S5) but the timeslot is a death sentence.
ReplyDeleteWhile I enjoyed the female lead as well, the character of Zed is in the comics, and it still works. I also think the new girl has better chemistry.
ReplyDeleteI agree with what you said. And TBH, I do think the writer are handling things way better in this season compared to the last one. I do remember how forced were the many many scenes of carguments between Steve and Danny. It often felt as though the bickering between the two of them was only made up to further the fangirls slash fantasies. Not to mention the way the producers deal with every other romantic story in these two characters' lives. If there's anything I hate about this show, it would be the fact that it's always unpredictable in terms of how a secondary character is going to be dealt with. In other words, you can't fall in love with a new character and expect it to last unless all those dreamy fangirls in twitter/tumblr agree that he/she is harmless to the illusional development of their beloved Mcdanno fantasy. which is impossible. And it's really a shame that the writers choices depend on it as they never realise that a part of a fandom is NOT THE fandom.
ReplyDeleteIt is so ridiculous (and unfortunately typical) that some commenters at tvbythenumbers are now saying that Grimm will be cancelled and of course when Grimm fans disagree, they are "fan girls" and "using fan excuse bingo" and "blinded to the reality" and "in denial" to the "fact" that Grimm will be cancelled after this season. Grimm has gotten a 1.1 even back in Season 1 (I think) and survived very well. There is just a twisted reality over there where every single show (including The Walking Dead) had detractors hoping for them to fail, and trying to spin every rating into some kind of disasterous result. I won't be commenting there anymore.
ReplyDeleteThough likely, I wouldn't bet on it. Sure CBS does care about the shows they own, however, they have to think in the future. Elementary's premiere did terrible for any returning show, even if their owned by that network or not. If they end up with those numbers (7-8 million + sub 1.5) throughout the whole season, I would definitely consider the ax for it. If it's difficult to succeed on its own network, it's not going to do any better in syndication. POI has a slightly healthier future right now than Elementary. The way I see it so far, if I were to cancel a new show, I would choose Madame Secretary just because of its weak demo after football and 60 Minutes. In addition to new, I just don't know how Cyber is going to do well in any time slot. The McCarthys seem like toast already. For veterans, I would consider mostly Elementary and CSI. The Mentalist and TAHM are on their final seasons. I would add 5-O and BB on the list, however, my opinion will sway since Fridays are my favorite nights on TV thanks to them. The way I can see them getting another season is by moving TAR to summer and add a more reliable lead-in for 5-O such as NCIS: LA or even Criminal Minds. One way I can see CSI have a "proper" ending this year is by splitting their shortened season. They can air around 10 episodes and give it a "hiatus" in preparation for their final episodes. During that hiatus, they air Cyber. Then CSI comes back and gets their chance to wrap things up. All these moves open up four hours for next fall already. Count 5 if something bad happens to Elementary with their syndication deal and their ratings.
ReplyDeleteI'm very glad Cristela is even this week. I sure hope it goes up at least a little. I know Friday ratings are compared a little differently than other days of the week so hopefully that plays into ABC's considerations. It hasn't ben a great year for new comedies. I'm still dying to see Galavant.
ReplyDeleteAt least the demo didn't drop.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad too. Wonder if Galavant will take over Tuesday
ReplyDeleteIt's supposed to air in Once's slot while it's on hiatus.
ReplyDeleteCBSis trying to get the full season TNF so that might means more cancellation than usual just so they can fit the rest of thier show in season.
ReplyDeleteI know. I just thought they might have to make a change in plans. Isn't Galavant somewhat comedy, from what I hear? Because MLS and Selfie will both be gone, and with the addition of FOTB that would make 7, which can't be scheduled unless one airs next to a repeat. So because of numbers I think Cristela is pulled at midseason (but not necessarily cancelled), FOTB takes over, and Galavant goes to Tuesday. They'll just have to air nothing between OUATs. My plan probably doesn't make any practical sense though :(
ReplyDeleteI think ABC's banking on Galavant's compatibility with OUAT. When the first promo came out it was all over OUAT's Facebook page.
ReplyDelete
