This was once another great episode. I think for me the best episodes will always be when we get the core six team together and obviously with the guys in the Joc it just brings everything together.
This episode gave us everything that we needed, especially to do with Maggie. After her not being in last week‘s episode I feel it was really important for them to touch on her grief about her sister. They did it in a really perfect way with her trying to put up this front and then at the end of the episode, we obviously get to see it all fall down.
Of course a case after returning from that break being about someone who lost family members and trying to avenge them was always going to hit Maggie hard, especially when she technically did get revenge for her sister but it hasn’t filled the void.
I loved that we got to have a crossover between CIA and FBI in their respective episodes, I think Nikki worked really well within the FBI team. She seems very similar to Isobel in that way.
Honestly, when the bomb went off right in front of Scola and Eva‘s faces, I genuinely thought that was it for them, as we know I have absolutely zero trust in FBI for not killing off characters.
This was quite a graphic episode in terms of the murders and the case overall, but I think it was done in a really clever way to make it seem as big as it actually is and not downplay in anyway whatsoever.
Overall, I think this was a really fantastic episode and we got to see all of our core team members go through something individually and together as a team. Of course I’m a massive fan of Isabel and Maggie‘s conversation at the end of this episode proving once again that the FBI team really is a family!
