DC Comics' Lobo, is set to be the villain of the upcoming second season of Syfy's Superman prequel, Krypton. Casting has not been announced for the drama returning in 2019. Per The Hollywood Reporter, the new season will "examine the consequences of season one and, in some ways, will see the series start anew". The Hollywood Reporter notes that the decision to bring Lobo to the small screen is because it is "eyeing the big bad for a feature film". "Warner Bros. Pictures is developing Lobo as a possible directing vehicle for Michael Bay".
During the Comic-Con panel, multiple things were teased including meeting Adam Strange's people, the introduction of Lobo, Brainiac's world be visited, venturing inside of the Phantom Zone and a 4-5 month time jump.
