We're making some changes to our episode polls at SpoilerTV, giving fans more opportunities to share their opinions, celebrate their favorite characters, and discuss the shows they love.
After listening to feedback from our readers, we're introducing a refreshed approach to our weekly polls and discussions. The goal is simple: make it easier and more enjoyable for everyone to have their say about each episode.
Here's what's changing:
1. Every Episode Gets Its Own Poll
One of the biggest changes is that we're moving away from having a single rating poll covering an entire season. Instead, each new episode will have its own dedicated poll and discussion post, allowing fans to rate individual episodes and share their thoughts while everything is still fresh.
2. A New 5/5 Rating System
We're also introducing a consistent 5-point rating system, making it quick and easy to score each episode. From a disappointing 1/5 to an outstanding 5/5, every vote counts. This format will make it easier to see how fans feel about individual episodes and compare reactions as the season progresses.
3. Vote for Your Standout Character
We're adding another fun way to participate. Alongside the episode rating, you'll now have the opportunity to vote for your standout character of the week. Who stole the show? Who delivered the most memorable performance? Which character made the biggest impression? Whether it's a fan favorite or an unexpected scene-stealer, this is your chance to recognize the character who stood out to you.
Not to fret, season-long discussions aren't going anywhere. We know many of you enjoy having a dedicated place to discuss an entire season, and we're keeping that option available. Our season-long Open Discussion posts will remain active, giving fans a place to talk about ongoing storylines, character developments, theories, and everything else happening throughout the season.
So whether you prefer discussing each episode as it airs or following the bigger picture across the season, there will still be a place for you at SpoilerTV.
Your Feedback Matters
These changes are all about making SpoilerTV a better place for television fans to connect and share their opinions. We're excited to introduce the updated polls and look forward to seeing how everyone rates their favorite shows each week. As always, we appreciate the feedback and participation that make the SpoilerTV community what it is. We want to know: What do you think of the changes? Are you excited about voting for your standout character each week?
