This was a really fantastic second episode to this show, we found out a lot more information about both Bill and Colin that I was expecting this early on.
I found it super interesting that we essentially flipped the role for Colin and Bill this episode, it’s almost as if even as the audience we aren’t supposed to know the truth about these characters.
This case was about deception constantly, from mother to son, Monza to Colin and Bill and Colin to Bill.
Colin really doesn’t seem to want to let anyone in and with the way this episode ended, you really can’t blame him.
Even the comments he made to Bill about his Fiance made it seem like he really did believe what he was saying.
I really love the fact that even as the audience until we get shown otherwise we don’t even know if Colin is telling the truth, this whole episode was a flipping back and forth on who Colin really is.
I think down the line this really could make Bill believe that Colin is the mole.
It was a really great contrast at the end to have Bill be the one who was alone and to have Colin be the one surrounded by family.
We are really starting to see how alike these two are even if on paper they should be complete opposites.
This dynamic is going to be a really interesting watch.
I’m looking forward to seeing what the rest of the season has in store!
