Apple TV has unveiled the official trailer and first look photos for Imperfect Women, an upcoming psychological thriller led and executive produced by Kerry Washington and Elisabeth Moss. The series, created for television by Annie Weisman, who also serves as showrunner, will premiere globally on Wednesday, March 18 with its first two episodes. New installments will roll out weekly through April 29.
Adapted from Araminta Hall’s bestselling novel, Imperfect Women centers on a shocking crime that fractures the decades-long bond between three close friends. The eight-episode drama delves into themes of loyalty, deception, guilt, and revenge, unraveling the hidden tensions beneath even the most intimate relationships. As investigators piece together what happened, long-buried secrets rise to the surface, revealing that friendship can be far more complicated than it appears.
Joining Washington and Moss is an expansive ensemble cast that includes Kate Mara, Joel Kinnaman, Corey Stoll, Leslie Odom Jr., Audrey Zahn, Jill Wagner, Rome Flynn, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Violette Linnz, Indiana Elle, Jackson Kelly, Keith Carradine, Ana Ortiz, Wilson Bethel, and Sherri Saum.
