ABC has put into development Bridge & Tunnel, a soapy one-hour drama that hails from Famous in Love and Stargirl executive producer Melissa Carter, Ellen DeGeneres and Jeff Kleeman’s A Very Good Production, and Warner Bros Television where AVGP is based.
