BULL HELPS MOUNT A DEFENSE FOR TAYLOR’S BROTHER-IN-LAW, A PRISON GUARD CHARGED WITH MANSLAUGHTER FOR THE DEATH OF TWO INMATES, ON “BULL,” MONDAY, MAY 6
“When the Rains Came” – Bull helps mount a defense for Taylor’s brother-in-law, Ralph Kelly (Bobby Moreno), a prison guard charged with manslaughter for the drowning deaths of two inmates in the middle of a hurricane.
