22nd May 2018 - Amazon in Talks to Revive Syfy Series for a 4th Season

Thank goodness, Amazon is in talks to save The Expanse and revive it for a 4th season per The Hollywood Reporter. There is so much more story to tell, I'm so happy they may be given the chance to tell it. Keep supporting the show and do whatever you can to help get this deal closed.

Amazon Studios is in talks to revive one of CEO Jeff Bezos' favorite properties.

The retailer and streaming outlet is near a deal to revive space drama The Expanse for a fourth season just 10 days after Syfy canceled the series. Amazon Studios declined comment as sources note the deal is not closed.

I hear Alcon Television Group, which fully finances and produces The Expanse, is in conversations with Amazon about picking up the critically praised series for Season 4. Sources stress the talks are still preliminary. Reps for both companies declined comment.
