24th March - 08:30 - Jensen Ackles To Play New Character
It may have taken 13 seasons but Jensen Ackles is finally going to play someone other than Dean Winchester on Supernatural. Unlike Jared Padalecki, who has stepped into several different roles throughout the course of the show, this is the first time we're going see Ackles slip into someone else's skin — which is a big deal.

And while we don't know much about who he might be playing or any of the circumstances surrounding the major switch, it looks like this new character is going to be a game changer for the show, and someone fans probably aren't expecting.

Planning to Go Beyond 300 Episodes

Thanks to Janet for the heads up.

“I don’t think that’s going to be our end,” co-showrunner Andrew Dabb told TVLine ahead of Supernatural‘s PaleyFest panel this past Tuesday. “I think we’re going to keep going. I think there are more stories to tell. Three hundred is an awesome, awesome benchmark — very, very few shows get there; it’s like us and Gunsmoke — but I don’t think that’s our ending point.”

Added Ackles: “I will revise that statement and say 300 seems like a nice benchmark” — but not necessarily the final one.

23rd February 2018 - Episode 13.16 - ScoobyNatural to Premiere at PaleyFest

When Supernatural hits PaleyFest on March 20, it’s bringing a special treat. Translation? Supernatural‘s PaleyFest event will serve as the world premiere for the Supernatural–Scooby-Doo crossover, which is appropriately titled “Scoobynatural.”

The crossover — which will air on Thursday, March 29 on The CW for the rest of the world — was first announced at the CW Upfronts in May 2017.
