Crisis on Earth X Crossover - Prometheus-X to Appear

Thanks to greenarrowfan1 for the heads up.

EW has confirmed that the Arrow villain will appear in the four-way crossover between Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, but he’s the Prometheus from Earth-X, otherwise known as Prometheus-X.

Alas, there are no plans for Josh Segarra to return as Prometheus, which raises the question: Who is under that mask?
