Interview

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: Why did Rebecca have to die? This cuts the team off again for getting closer to figuring out who’s handling the intel from the hard drives.

JOSH SAFRAN:It’s not such a simple straight line for each collaborator they meet along the way. We knew there would be at least one collaborator who would not actually be a part of the plan and doesn’t want to be involved with it, so of course other collaborators would know that, and Rebecca would have to be eliminated at some point.

Episode 16 to me is sort of, for Alex and for this series, the episode that shines a light on what this series is about in regards to Alex. She’s forced to, in this episode, focus on the fact that to be who she is, she has to stand apart from the rest. You know, it’s lonely at the top, and the tragedy of Rebecca underlines that for her.

A COORDINATED TERROR ATTACK BRINGS THE TASK FORCE TO CAPITOL HILL TO FIGHT A MUSLIM REGISTRY BILL, ON ABC’S ‘QUANTICO’

When one of Alex’s friends is framed for a domestic terror attack, they turn to her for help. With an upcoming vote in the House for a Muslim registry bill, the task force realizes this attack isn’t a coincidence. The Collaborators are actively stirring fear to pass the registry, and our team heads to the Hill to turn the votes. Meanwhile, Alex and Owen track down an assassin on “Quantico,” MONDAY, APRIL 10 (10:01–11:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network.

“Quantico” stars Priyanka Chopra as Alex Parrish, Blair Underwood as Owen Hall, Aunjanue Ellis as Miranda Shaw, Jake McLaughlin as Ryan Booth, Johanna Braddy as Shelby Wyatt, Yasmine Al Massri as Nimah and Raina Amin, Russell Tovey as Harry Doyle and Pearl Thusi as Dayana Mampasi.

Guest starring Hunter Parrish as Clay Haas Jr., Jon Kortajarena as Felix Cordova, Karolina Wydra as Sasha Barinov, and Dennis Boutsikaris as Henry Roarke.

“ODYOKE” was written by Jordon Nardino and directed by Steve Robin.
