Jules Knight (BBC One’s Holby City) will recur on the E! drama as Spencer, the new Lord Chamberlain, TVLine has learned exclusively. This marks the Stateside television debut for Knight, who coincidentally attended the University of St. Andrews with real-life royals Prince William and Kate Middleton.
