Sarah Callahan - Female lead, age 30. A Quality Control assessor. She wont take risks but feels overdue to be married. However after meeting Xavier her life is turned upside down as she's drawn to the energy of someone who is really living their life.
Xavier Holliday - A former worker for a science magazine and Sarah's dream guy. However when he learnt about an asteroid that would hit and destroy Earth in 8 Months and 12 days he gave it all up to 'Seize The Day'. He has created a list, the 'Apocalyst' which lists everything he wants to do before the world ends.
Timothy - A 26 year old with vintage nerd appeal. Cute but very soft spoken. So soft in fact that people need to speak for him. Sarah's on again, off again boyfriend. He once proposed to Sarah but she could not commit to him.
Kareema - Sarah's friend and co-worker, age 28. Is concerned that Sarah's main quest in life is to find a guy rather then live. A born skeptic that believes in nothing but living life like it's a vacation.
Hank - Another of Sarah's co-workers. In his 30's and Asian. Friends with Timothy.
Deirdre - Sarah's boss. Mid-40's and a vindictive evil control freak with a special power that could clear a room.
