EW has learned exclusively that Kristen Bell will guest-star on an upcoming episode of iZombie — but there’s a twist!
Bell, who worked with iZombie boss Rob Thomas on the Veronica Mars TV series and movie, will have a voice-over role in the eleventh episode of the second season, titled “Fifty Shades of Grey Matter”, which is slated to air on Jan. 26.
In the episode, things get interesting for Liv (Rose McIver) after she consumes the brain of a young librarian who was poisoned, and who also happened to secretly be an erotic fiction writer. Details on how Bell fits into the story are being kept under wraps.
