Sorry for the delay, but I was a) working a lot and b) not feeling very well over the weekend, but I'm back now and ready for the next battle. When we left off, we said a surprise goodbye to Beauty and the Beast, one of the top three shows in terms of nominations for the competition, at the first hurdle, losing by the slenderest of margins to Bones. Also, NBC's Hannibal pulled off a good victory over Teen Wolf, and remains one of the competition's dark horses.
Today sees Gossip Girl taking on The Office in a tough to call battle, whilst one of Round Ones most anticipated battles, Doctor Who vs. Fringe, also finally reaches the fight itself.
For anyone who missed the rules, here they are again:
1) Two shows will go into battle in a poll, where after exactly 24 hours, the leading show will win the battle and will progress into the next round.
