Episode 2.06 of Homeland is called "A Gettysburg Address." Roles being cast include an FBI agent who assists Quinn's team, a Hispanic teenaged girl named Ingrid whom Dana meets in a hospital intensive care unit, and a homicide detective investigating Walker's death.
Spoilery plot info: Dana cuts school and sneaks into the intensive care unit. She feels guilty because she was in the car that hit Ingrid's mother, who ends up dying from her injuries. Dana later visits Ingrid at her home and finds out that Ingrid - who now has to care for several younger siblings - is being paid hush money by someone to keep quiet about the car accident. Dana had wanted to go to the police and tell them about the accident, but she finds out that if the police are told what really happened Ingrid will get no money. Ingrid is a recurring character.
