-Ratings Breakdown:
Despite airing all encores, CBS still dominated Tuesday in the overnights with a 1.5 rating point advantage over second-place ABC and Fox. NBC held the No. 4 spot, followed by distant The CW, which featured the DOA debut of non-scripted Remodeled.

Remodeled opened with a miniscule 0.6 rating/1 share in the overnights at 9 p.m., which dropped by 45 percent from the 8:30 p.m. portion of lead-in 90210 (#5: 1.1/ 2) and is now the weakest series-premiere in the history of The CW. Former failed time period occupant H8R, hosted by Mario Lopez, debuted on 9/14/11 with a 1.2/ 2. Overall, four-year-old 90210, which should never have made it into a second season, averaged a 1.2/ 2 from 8-9 p.m. Needless to say, this is a season The CW would like to forget. Aside from The Vampire Diaries, 9 of the 10 hours on the network (or 90 percent) are in need of repair.

Dominant CBS populated this third Tuesday in January with repeats of NCIS (#1: 8.1/13), spin-off NCIS: Los Angeles (#6.4/10) and Unforgettable, which finished second behind Body of Proof on ABC (#1: 6.1/10) with a 5.0/ 8 in the overnights.

Over at ABC, sitcom Last Man Standing, which recently had its freshman episode order increased from 22 to 24, finished second in the 8 p.m. half-hour with a 5.6/ 9. Next was a repeat of Last Man Standing (#3t: 4.1/ 6) in place of canceled Work It, followed by Celebrity Wife Swap (#3: 4.1/ 6 at 9 p.m.), featuring Niecy Nash and former Family Ties star Tina Yothers, and aforementioned Body of Poof (#1: 6.1/10 at 10 p.m.). Worth positively noting for older skewing Body of Proof was overnight growth out of the 9:30 p.m. portion of Celebrity Wife Swap (4.1/ 6) of 49 percent. One year earlier, former failed ABC Tuesday 9 p.m. sci-fi drama occupant V was equal to Celebrity Wife Swap in the overnights.

Elsewhere, two hours of The Biggest Loser on NBC (4.3/ 7 from 8-10 p.m.) finished 19 percent below one year earlier (5.3/ 8 on 1/18/11) and could use a rest, no doubt. That led into Parenthood, which dropped to a third-place 3.7/ 6 at 10 p.m. As always, the variation between Parenthood and the competition will be smaller among adults 18-49. Here is the half-hour breakdown for The Biggest Loser:

The Biggest Loser (NBC)
8:00 p.m.: 4.3/ 7 (#4)
8:30 p.m.: 4.1/ 6 (#3t)
9:00 p.m.: 4.3/ 7 (#3)
9:30 p.m.: 4.5/ 7 (#2)

Fox capped off the evening with deteriorating Glee (#2: 5.6/ 9 at 8 p.m.), consistent New Girl (#2: 5.2/ 8), which will dominate the 9 p.m. half-hour among adults 18-49, and sophomore Raising Hope (#4: 3.6/ 6 at 9:30 p.m.). Comparably (and unfortunately), Raising Hope slid by 31 percent from New Girl.
