Yesterday saw our biggest all-round turnout for the competition so far, as Chuck put in an impressive performance to defeat Nikita by over 60%. In the second and much closer poll, Kate Beckett showed the strength and support she has from Castle fans to overcome a tough challenge in very popular Vampire Diaries character Caroline Forbes.
Today sees Ziva David of the ever popular NCIS trying to beat True Blood's Vampire Eric Northman is a poll sure to see two very different sets of fans competing. Also today we have a very tough challenge for The Good Wife's Alicia Florrick as she is facing pre-competition favourite Dean Winchester for a place in the 2nd round. Can there be a huge shock? For anyone new to the competition the rules are simple. Every day there will be a new set of polls between characters who are bidding to become the winner of the second STV Character Competition.
All you have to do is to vote for whichever characters are your favourite and at the end of the 24 hours whichever character has more votes will be the winner and will progress into the next round. There are three rounds before the quarter finals, semi finals and then the final...
