Supernatural - My list, and future theories

A month and a half ago, I made a list of a few things I would like to see in the 2nd half of the 6th season of Supernatural. So now that we took a break from the second half, I wanna go back to it and see what we can check. And also, theorize what's to come in the final episodes of the season. So, let's go back to that list:

1) Rock N' Roll- Check. The only song so far was Aerosmith's Back in the Saddle at the return-from-hiatus-ep recap, but it was so awesome and needed that it covers for lack of other songs so far. THAT'S how you come back from a hiatus.

In The Future- Hope we come back from this hiatus with a cool song too. And a few more won't hurt.

2) Emotional Talks- Double check. Sam getting his soul back led to some "How-are-you-feeling" talks, but mostly "I-need-to-right-what-I-wronged" talks. Plus, the funny jab it got on The French Mistake ("We'll have to blow the scene where they sit on the Impala and talk about their feelings").

In The Future- So far, so good. Keep'em coming.

3) Angels- Cas showed up for a bit on Like A Virgin, but with him, Balthazar and Raphael, The French Mistake helped filled up my needed divine portion.

In The Future- It appears Cas will get a female sidekick in a coming ep, so that's a thing to wait for. It has also been said that we'll see more of the war in heaven as the finale looms closer. About damn time. Seeing Ol' Balthy again would be nice too.

4) Big Baddy- More like Big Momma. Just when we thought monsters are bad, we found out there are Alphas. And just when we though Alphas are bad, we found out they all have a mother. And as the Khan Worm tells the boys- "She's pissed, she's here, and it's gonna be nothing but pain from here on in." That same Khan Worm, BTW, was CREATED by her. Yup, she can make new nasty creatures. I don't even wanna know that process.

In The Future- Mother's goal isn't 100% clear yet, but it's safe to assume she's planning a mosnter take-over. We saw the same plan with demons, but you can only see possesed people for so long. Monsters are more interesting, IMO. They come in all shapes and sizes. I wonder if Mother will be a 2-season villain like Azazel and Lilith, or is she here only for a one-season-stand like Lucifer (Hell, she'll only be here for half a season). We'll have to wait and see...

5) Campbell \ Braeden wrap-up- Half checked. The last surviving Campbells, Gwen and Samuel, were ganked in the last ep. Think we can say goodbye to them.

Lisa and Dean had ANOHTER talk of how they can't be together, bla bla bla. But it was said that we will see them AGAIN. Meh...I don't care if they'll be dead or alive by season's end, but please, cut them loose already!

And now more future theories and wishes:

It was told that Crowley's coming back. Apparently, he teamed up with Cas, and everything was an act or something in order to fight Raphael. I don't know if that's a very good plot move, but I'm glad Crowley's back. Mark Sheppard is a delight to watch.

I've been dying to get some heaven-war action, but it was denied of us so far. I though a good ep might be like Dark Side of the Moon 2- The boys die, go to heaven, and see all the chaos going on there. Anyway, I hope we get good stuff in the final episodes.

Cas getting a female sidekick sounds like fun. With Anna gone, we could use some divine eye-candy. But she better not steal his spotlight. Besides, I doubt she will survive longer than 3 episodes. THIS IS a female on Supernatural, after all.

And finally, a quick word about some returns:

Ellen - After her emotional death on last season's Abandon All Hope, bringing her back might seem like an insult to the character. But I trust the show to come up with something good. Too bad the lovely Alona Tal isn't also returning as Jo.

Chuck - Since there's debate about it, I can only say my opinion. I don't think Chuck is God. Why? Simple- Dean's amulet never burned around him. Sure, they can write around it somehow, but I don't think so. He just finished his job as a prophet, so he...Vanished. If that makes sense. But if he returns, perhaps he didn't finish his job after all...

It was also revelaed that the season ends with a cliffhanger, leaving us tearing our hair out. That only raises the almost-sure-thing of a season 7 renewal (Just announce it already, CW!). In the longshot chance of no renewal, we're gonna have a Kyle XY problem.

Well, these are my thoughts. Here's to awesome last episodes, and a close renewal!
