The Good Wife
Episode 2.21

The main guest star for the week is the part of Marjorie, a late-twenties woman who was once a vibrant life-loving rock drummer.
Nowadays she is dying of terminal liver disease, and suspects the hospital of moving her down the transplant list which is where Alicia comes in.
The official synopsis states that an old nemesis of Lockhart-Gardner plays both ends against the middle in a cunning game... make of that what you can!

The Big C
Multiple Episodes

The producers are casting the part of Lee, a 5-7 episode guest star who is an easy going, irreverent Buddhist who happens to have Stage IV Cancer.

Californication
Episode 5.01

There was news of Marcy's child being cast in Californication, the bigger news is that it's between 2 and 4 years old, needs to look like a young Charlie Runkle as well as a little feminine.
My guess would be the age sggests that Hank is going to prison for a couple of years, which would explain away a time jump.

Law & Order: SVU
Upcoming Episode "Delinquent."

The role of Hunter Walsh is being cast, a teenager who is a troubled, manipulative, intellectual-psychopath-delinquent-mastermind, as well as a misfit and an outcast.
To add to that shocking list of personality traits, he's also capable of incredible violence, serial rapist, teen alcoholic and serial killer in the making. Sounds like one dark kid...

Rules Of Engagement
Episode 5.24

The role of Seth is being cast, a college-aged hipster who has quirky clothes and an ironic moustache (Whatever makes a moustache ironic I'd love to know)
He is interning for Russel & Timmy at a commercial real estate firm.

Psych
Episode 6.01 is entitled "This Episode Sucks."

A weird request from the psych producers for the new role of Marlowe. They want someone who has played a Vampire either past or present in a Movie or TV show for the role.
Marlowe is a buxom beauty who meets Lassiter in a bar and instantly charms him.
The vampire desires of the producers become more clear when she disappears from the bar then finds herself a suspect in a bizarre vampire murder case when a victim has been drained of blood! If only Christopher Lee was a 30 year old woman, he'd be perfect.
Also being cast are Adrian & Thorn; (both preferred to cast with vampire related actors) Adrian is an offbeat rocker who is connected via a unique necklace and Thorn is a bartender at an underground vampire club. Is he for real when it's discovered he doesn't serve "daywalkers" in his bar?

Episode 6.02

The storyline of the episode is that Shawn sneaks into a party at the English Ambassador's mansion and discovers a dead body in the Ambassador's bed!

Breaking Bad
Episode 4.07

One Day Guest Star alert; Colleen, a damaged mother who has (typical casting call writing) decades of trouble written on her face. She's also a group therapy participant with an addiction.

Castle
Episode 3.22 is entitled "To Love And Die in L.A."

Guest starring is the role of Det. Scott Seeger, a homicide detective who looks more like a surfer than a cop and runs into Castle when a murder suspect flees New York to LA.
Also in the episode are a Charming Con-Man, a Research & Development Company CEO and a concierge at a Four Seasons Hotel...

Burn Notice
Episode 5.02 is entitled "Bloodlines."

The episode features Takeda, a Yakuza Gangster whose physical presense and brutal nature betray the extreme code by which he lives...
He's muscular and covered in Tattoos, so he wears long sleeves in public. Also he's a fingertip short! Ouch...
The episode's plot has a 15 year old Japanese girl being swindled into the country uncovering a human trafficking scheme, and that's where the part of Ryoko Maji comes in; she tries to help the police.

Hawaii 5-0
Episode 1.22 is entitled "Ua Hiki Mai Kapalena."

The episode synopsis states that when an innocent man is found dead after drinking milk... laced with Sarin (Wikipedia tells me Sarin is is a colorless, odorless liquid, which is used as a chemical weapons...that oughta do it) the HPD is quick to suss out the source for the nefarious and hideously lethal poison.

The Glades
Episode 2.02 is entitled "Old Ghosts."

The episode synopsis says that Longworth's ex-partner, Det. Samantha Ryder shows up from Chicago, hot on the trail of a serial killer.
She looks to team up with Longworth again to solve the cold case once and for all...
Ryder herself is desribed as in her late twenties, and a sexy, confident, smart criminologist...

The Mentalist
Episode 3.22 is entitled "Rhapsody in Red."

There's a new recurring character in town, D.A Oscar Ardiles, who is a latino and a handsome, dapper and confident Deputy District Attorney who is furious at Cho for interfering in his case.
A singular episode character is Anthony who is a skilled pickpocket and a gang member who is described as the type of kid you want to save.
He steals Cho's car and becomes known for enjoying to mess with the cops.

True Blood
Episode 4.07 is entitled "Cold Grey Light Of Dawn."

A couple of small casting calls; Dr. Isani a skeptical ER doctor, and Luellen, who attends the Wiccan Group. (if the Wiccan group means something to you :P)
Also in the episode is Chuck & Nate, that are Pack Member Wolves. Their role is likely to be recurring.
