Day 13: Another day over, and another varied set of results. The big surprise in terms of popularity to me has been Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, which having seen off True Blood in Round 1 (a very big shock for me), it's now seen off the defeater of Friends (how it beat Friends still baffles me), that being Flashforward. Flashforward was ahead for a good 50/60% of the day but as the evening set in here, Studio 60 and Sorkin fans found their feet and voted in their masses. I have to say, in the tough situation The West Wing found itself, it is good that Sorkin's follow up fhas found it's feet and is ploughing into Round 3. Flashforward finds itself in the scrap heap. Also, The Vampire Diaries' modern relevance in a Twilight-Vampire drama world paid off as it easily saw off Classic Show of old, The Twilight Zone. A shame to loose such a well thought of old show, but it did well to reach Round 2 and bows out with dignity.

Today we have the defeater of House, Deadwood battling against the Medical Juggernaut of recent years in Grey's Anatomy. Seeing as Deadwood saw off Grumpy ol' Greg, it's more than possible it could pull off a surprise again today but it all remains to be seen. Also we have popular comedy Scrubs taking on mystery drama Desperate Housewives, both of which are popular and perhaps past their prime, but both have been thought of as some of the pinnacles of their genre when they were at their best. As always, let the battle commence!
