Ok, Here is what I got so far:
Epi starts with girl in shower in, turns out not her place, the owners come in and girl flees and they wonder who breaks into a house to take a shower. Olivia is on scene first and when Elliot gets there questions why they are working this one, just because the girl was in the shower naked? Then Olivia drops it on him because the "girl" is Kathleen. There is a funny line here when Olivia says they are there because she took the case, Elliot asks her is it because her "spidey sense tells her she was a rape victim"?
After talking to the owners of the house, Elliot trys to get them to believe that it was just a harmless prank and the home owners are offended and ask for Elliots name and badge, when the hear his name they put 2 and 2 together. Later Elliot discovers a necklace that Kathleen stole from the house and returns it back to the owners. They question why he would turn over evidence that would convict his daughter, and Elliot admits that Kathleen needs help.
Through course of investigation, Elliot learns Kathleen has become very promiscious and is into drugs. She definately causes some family friction.
Elliot's mom is Bernadette and we now know she is definitely the one of the ones with mental issues. Elliot has a talk with her that alludes to this and there is also a scene of Olivia meeting her and also she gets Kathleen and "Grandma B" together. So it appears mental issues apply to both Kathleen and Mom.
There is some courtroom drama. Kathleen goes nuts in courtroom. She tells her lawyer to Kiss her "a$$" and screaming "I hate you" to Elliot because he turned over the evidence of the necklace. Kathy calls Elliot an "a__hole". (I think she directs this to Elliot, hard to tell). Elliot admits to the lawyer that Kathleen needs help and jail is the place to forcibly do that.
Liv goes behind El's back and gets mom involved. Elliot's mom is a bit of a wacko. When Olivia calls her she says, " I know why you called. You want me to tell the judge that I'm as nutty as a fruitcake." We don't have all of his mother's scenes, but there is one with Elliot and his mom, and she is building sandcastles. I'm not going to give you the conversation between them but a direction says Stabler looks at his mother, absorbed in her mania. Liv calls in a favor to get g-ma-B to see Kathleen in jail and in turn g-ma talks to Kathleen, which the result is Kathleen agreeing to plea out and get some help. Bernadette tells Liv not to tell Elliot she was there.
Later in court, Kathleen is back and pleads guilty to lesser misdemeanor, in return for psych treatment. Olivia and Kathy are in court, Elliot is in back of room. And the way it is written Olivia is sitting right beside Kathy behind Kathleen and her lawyer when she enters her plea of guilty. I think Kathy knows what she was going to plea. When she pleads guilty, he shoots Olivia a "what the frack" look. (it actually says the four letter "F" word here). Kathleen states she knows she needs help and will take medication. End of show.
Other "notable mentions". Eli will make an appearance. Though a Stabler family drama epi, Olivia will play a good part in this one. Lots of interaction. That's what I have right now. If I catch anything I missed I'll update. This will be Chris's Episode!!!
