Stitchers - Just The Two Of Us - Advance Preview: “Puzzling”

With this episode, Stitchers delivers its most complex and detailed episode to date. A lot happens and the mass majority of it makes no sense, but that’s fitting because it doesn’t make much sense to the characters either. It’s pretty obvious what is going on during the first act, but that doesn’t take away from the rest of this incredible episode. The case the team is working on is very unique and incredibly well thought out by the writers who delivered a truly brilliant episode. The attention to detail that they put into every little thing is astounding. This episode is a puzzle wrapped in a puzzle surrounded by a puzzle. If clue games are your thing then this one will certainly appeal to you. Even if you’re not into clue games it’s still a super entertaining episode that is unlike anything else the show has ever done before.

This will be the shortest preview ever simply because there isn’t anything specific that can be said without giving something big away. The way this episode works best is for the viewer to be surprised and caught off guard. There are some genuinely tense moments that will cause even the steadiest of viewers to jump. Kirsten and Cameron have some really great moments together. Emma Istha and Kyle Harris are absolutely brilliant in this hour. While they both have a lot placed on them it’s Emma Istha who really truly shines the brightest and Kyle Harris gallantly steps back and lets her show off how exceptionally gifted she is as a performer. She turns in one of her very best performances yet and does so in such a way that one can’t help but sit back and be in awe of the performance she is delivering. Be prepared for a surprise ending to this incredibly unique episode.

Don’t miss this exceptional episode when it airs on Monday, July 24th at 9/8c on Freeform.

Here are some quotes to tide you over:

“Where the hell is everybody?!”
“Okay, this is only a little bit personal.”
“Any other day that would be odd.”
“Looks like we were paid another visit from the clue fairy.”
“You finally broke Kirsten.”
