This table shows the early overnight ratings. These ratings are normally adjusted later in the day when all the ratings have been consolidated to take into account any local preemptions and/or overruns. You can find all the final adjusted numbers in our Ratings Database. (See the About section below for details about ratings)

Each day (except Sunday) during the main TV Season we post the TV Ratings for the previous nights primetime shows for the major broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, CW, FOX, NBC). Cable Network ratings will be added to the Ratings Database.
The first item that gets posted (normally around 2pm GMT) is the early overnight analysis based on the early household numbers (these are not the same as the Total Viewers and 18-49 Demo numbers that are posted later).
Next, if available, we will post the Top 25 Market 18-49 Ratings to give you a rough idea of the ratings to following.
Later on (normally between 4pm-5pm GMT) we post the official early overnight Total Viewers and 18-49 Demo numbers in the table above.
Finally, later in the evening (10pm-11pm GMT) or the following day, the final adjusted ratings numbers are released, these are then posted in the Ratings Database. The Final Adjusted numbers are what we use for all our Renew/Cancellation Tables, Full Season Tables, Ratings Scorecards etc (see below). Friday's Final Adjusted Ratings are normally available on the following Monday.
If you’re interested in Ratings/Renewals/Cancellations then we have a number of resources here at SpoilerTV that we recommend you check out.
Enlisted got higher rating than it's lead-in.

ReplyDeleteVery interesting. Thanks for sharing that up Babar. I really think FOX missed big time for not pairing up Enlisted with B99 on Tuesdays.
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome.
ReplyDeleteReilly has no excuse for not doing that
Both Grimm (1.6) and Hannibal up from last week. Still, Hannibal is pretty much on par with Dracula.
ReplyDeleteBut Hannibal is the way better show. I think NBC will keep Hannibal.
ReplyDeletesadly I still think that both will end up cancelled tough :/

Ridiculous decision by them, instead they burned Dads episodes and now have Glee on CW levels.
ReplyDeleteThis week, FOX tuesdays averaged 1.1 and fridays 0.5, their entire schedule is a black hole, declining Idol is the best they have now.
Yes it is and NBC co-owns it.
ReplyDeleteI feel bad for FOX because I kind of like most of the philosophy Kevin Reiley tries to go for. I love the 13eps format he has for the new dramas, I love that he want year round programming with serious stuff for summer, I love that he is letting go of pilot season to get more solid shows right away and I love that he actually gives shows time to find an audience (The Mindy Project) and I love that he is trying to announce finals for most of its veterans (Fringe, Glee, even Raising Hope). So I would like them to get some reward and have a greater season. I think next year has potential to be good for them with all the new shows they have going for them.
ReplyDeleteThis being said, he did make a couple of bad decisions this year IMO. The back and forth of Bones was a bad one, burning of Enlisted was a bad one and not giving Almost Human a bit more support was also a bad one. I think FOX should have gone with New Girl/Surviving Jack/B99/Enlisted as a Tuesday block instead of the one they went with.
Dan Harrison, FOX EVP of Scheduling: The guy is not good at his job.
ReplyDeleteHannibal was up to 0.9- that was exactly what I was hoping for! Now it can tick back up and stay around 1.1 or so and I'll be happy (I'd be even more happy if it goes higher, but I'm being realistic here).
ReplyDeleteI feel like Reiley has people working against him or FOX as a whole because there has been a lot of bad decisions lately and its starting to get more and more notice in the press and in social media. But maybe the bad attention is what FOX needs to smarten up. And the crap ratings.
ReplyDeletelol the whole internet can see that. FOX use to have a pretty solid schedule.
ReplyDeleteIf they are fearing "The Voice", then they need to get use to the fact that it is simply tough to compete against reality TV and give their shows some leeway when it comes to ratings performance. Trying to schedule shows in a way that avoids The Voice is making their network crumble. Also them not promoting their best performers simply is making them untrusted.
They'll promote American Idol week to week, but one show gets a low grade and BOOM, they don't do anything to get it some awareness.
