So exited for this Episode!!! WOW!!
ReplyDeleteSounds awesome! But what about Swan Song?
ReplyDeleteCan´t wait for that one!!
ReplyDeleteI'm confused, I thought this would be episode 6. Anyway, can't wait, even though this synopsis makes me scared for the new couple. I hope everything will fine.
ReplyDeleteThey moved the episodes around a little bit My guess is, from what I've heard about Swan Song, it was so good and funny that they wanted to air it during sweeps.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to watch it, I wonder if any of the team finds out in this episode! :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like a very deep and dramatic episode, sure it's gonna be one of my favorites
ReplyDeleteI can already say that there will be epic scenes
Can't wait to see it (like every episode of castle lol )But before that, bring me episode 4 in the HAMPTONS !!!!! I'm totally dying hereCaskett 4ever =)
Aw, poor Beckett.
ReplyDeleteAnd they aren't just liking Castle to a murder (*ahem* yet again *ahem*), but to a shocking ritualistic murder of a former lover in a way that hints that he could have been cheating on Beckett with the victim. Damn, that's cold, Marlowe! ;P
sounds like a great episode. love this season :)
ReplyDeleteWhat is Swan Song about?
ReplyDeleteSo, castle has to prove himself again? Wow.
ReplyDeleteNot this again!!! Why are they repeating previous episode plots?
ReplyDeleteYep:
ReplyDelete- ritualistic murder: check;
- Castle as a murder suspect: check;
- Castle as a womanizer: check.
Anyway, I am looking forward to the episode since it will all affect Beckett in a very different way and that will probably be masterfully played by Stana.
It does sound like Beckett will have her doubts, but I suspect all will be fine by episode's end. I mean Swan Song was supposed to be before this one and assuming they were fine then, and
ReplyDeleteepisode switch can't effect continuity, then they will have to be together at end of ep. Also, if they break up now, Beckett would refuse to work with him, so yeah they will be together soon if they even break up in this episode. I think Marlowe is really using this test to deepen their bond instead of vice-versa. She will stand with him when no one else will (Remeber Montgomery's words find a place to take your stand and if you are lucky someone to stand with you.) Just my opinion.
NOT NOT NOT looking forward to this episode! Please Andrew Marlowe do not do anything that totally screws up this relationship! Hopefully this will get them closer rather than farther apart!! IN MARLOWE WE TRUST!!
ReplyDeleteWhy do people keep saying they've done this before? They did it once! And during that episode the only evidence pointing to Castle was that he was standing over the body with a gun. Which he explained! And although they gave him a hard time, no one seriously believed Castle was capable of it.
ReplyDeleteOK This has angst all over it but I seem to recall a tweet by penny with the words stand by your man i have faith everything will be ok and yeah they did an ep swap i cant wait for this ep
ReplyDeleteI'm really looking for this episode! I enjoy Castle not just for the fun, but also for deep cases.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm sure this case will bring Castle and Beckett closer and stronger about their relationship:)
They've already gone the "suspect Castle of murder" route before so hopefully this is the last time they go back to this idea.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait!!!
ReplyDeleteIts the someone-of-a-band dies episode or somesuch. I think they were doing a documentary on a band, I can't recall details. I do believe its the episode in which Esposito sings.
ReplyDeleteAlso I really can't wait for Probable Cause, despite being a pretty avid shipper, I love me some angst, and I truly believe Marlowe can handle it well enough.
Oh, right!! Thanks!!
ReplyDeleteYep. "Lead character as murder suspect" is a pretty classic sort of plot, but they've never done it on this show, and I'm excited to see their take. (I don't even count "Deadly Affair," since Castle was a suspect all of a few minutes, and even then, that whole scene was mostly about how annoyed the others were that Castle hadn't kept in touch!)
ReplyDelete"Probably Cause" sounds wholly different, and should make for a pretty interesting hour. I really look forward to seeing Beckett forced to ask herself those tough questions, and my gut says we WILL ultimately see her 'stand by her man' and go the extra mile to prove her faith in him. Can't wait!
This sounds like a very different version of that plot. I really doubt it will feel like retreading old ground. After all, last time Castle's arrest was played mostly for comedy, and he was cleared in about a minute. I'm looking forward to seeing them take "Castle as Suspect" up a couple notches.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if they'll revisit those 'we're not so different' type remarks from 3XK, about how Castle is drawn to death and violence, too? And how Castle can think like a killer, and had a lot in common with a serial killer's profile, and how we still don't quite know what it was in his past that gave him his fascination with murders... We'll see Beckett and Co. have to seriously face the question: could there be something darker under that puppy dog exterior?
Should be interesting!
Yes! It sounds like a chance to see their relationship deepen, not fall apart.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait!
Ritualistic Murder: something we learned in season 1 that Castle had researched for his books. And if he WERE secretly a psychopath, trying to cover up a murder, others might think this is just the sort of obfuscation he'd use, right? Something dramatic and a bit fantastical, and a little gruesome. (I don't think Beckett will think this, at all, but I'd bet someone will make the argument)
ReplyDeleteCastle as a murder suspect: Never dealt with seriously. Last time, he was cleared almost as soon as he'd been arrested, after a very short and very funny scene. No one ever honestly thought he'd done it. Doesn't count, in my book.
Castle as Womanizer: since this was part of the show's original premise, does it really count as 'previous plot'? Of COURSE Beckett will have to face questions about all the women in Castle's past. It would be absurd of them not to ignore that, no?
I agree, this is bound to affect Beckett on a completely different level. This time, when she's finally allowed herself to let down her walls a little bit, and has everything she thinks she knows about Castle suddenly called in to question. Bring it on!
Serious episode is going to be important!.
