    I'd love for Veep to win for Comedy Series, but you know Modern Family's got this again.

    And I think Kathryn Joosten is going to win because she recently died, tbh.

    The male leading in drama is an almost impossible to vote for category. Absolutely everybody deserves to win!
    Claire Danes will most likely take her Emmy for Homeland (and it's certainly well deserved), but I'd give anything to see Glenn Close do it for Damages. The season finale was some flawless acting, my god.

    Should win - Louis C.K or Larry David. Though Nick Offerman should be here

    Will Win - Probably someone awful like Lena or Zooey
    Should win - Amy Poehler by a million miles

    Should win - This caterogry is pretty lame where are the Community and Parks actors?

    Should Win - Anna Gunn though she probably has a better chance next year because of her stunning performance this season.

    Will Win - This is a tough one, really peter and Aaron should be nominated in the lead caterogy and not supporting. I think Giancarlo has a real chance, along with Jared Harris

    Will Win - Really no idea but American Horror Story should not be in this catergory, silly Emmy rules

    Will Win - I think we all know Julianne has this wrapped up

    will Win - Woody, Game Change seems like a thing the Emmy voters would like.

    To me the more important awards are from the SAG awards,and Golden Globe,if he doesn't get one this year i will be very disappointed.The Emmys are a step above the Peoples Choice,and that isn't saying very much.....

    Best drama;
    Homeland or Downton Abbey have big chance to end the reign of Mad Men.

    Best drama actress;
    Claire Danes will win without hesitation, and her category is easy no one can beat her.

    Best drama actor:
    Bryan Cranston seems a lock but watch out to Damian Lewis, his performance in "Marine One" was incredible, we can have a surprise...

    Best comedy:
    "Modern Family" will probably win again this year.


    I'm not sure about the other categories...

    That's not what they'll valuate though. Gleen Close was nominated for her work in Season 4 of Damages, Season 5 will be eligible next year.

    I think Homeland will have a lot of wins this year. I hope Homeland and Game of Thrones takes most of the Drama winnings. Claire Danes is sure to win. I´ll be so sad if she doesn´t.

    Yeah, for sure. I'd just like for Damages to end on a high, since season 5 was the last one and next year, even if Glenn is nominated, there will be no more episodes. But it's Danes' year, she should win.

    With its 6 Creative Arts Emmys last week, Game of Thrones will win the most Emmys this year unless Homeland and/or Downton Abbey sweep every category they are nominated in. Most unlikely.

    Regarding Best Drama Actress, this year it belongs to Claire Danes' unbelievable turn in Homeland. However, after season the finale for Damages this season, next year's HAS to be between Glenn Close and Danes again. My God, the conversation with her father had my jaw on the floor.

    They're evaluating Damages' season 4... So NEXT year is when I expect them to fall on their knees for Glenn Closes' part in the season 5 finale. She acted the hell out of that episode. I am still in awe...

    I think it's shameful that NCIS isn't nominated in ANY category. 9 years on the Air, and never won an Emmy. Closest was Charles Durnings guest-starring performance in Season 2.

    I think all of these award shows, should have both a 1st place (winner), as well as a 2nd place (runner-up). 1st place get's a Gold statue (or whatever symbol is used), 2nd place get's a Silver statue. All too often, actors and performances are overlooked, since the award shows tend to be rather strict on how many nominees they have per category, and only 1 "winner" per category. In my opinion, every nominee is a winner in my book, even if they don't get awarded in the end. But not even acknowledging various shows and actors, is far worse. NCIS definitely needs more nominations up there imho.

    I mostly picked who I *thought* would win. What struck me as odd is that they have short run series... (Those with a normal series order at 13 eps or less -- EXCEPT for the HBO/Showtime series) filed under miniseries. That seems unfair somehow.
