BBC TV Licensing's TeleScope 2012 Report / Infographic

Please find below an interesting report / infographic from BBC TV Licensing, from a big report they’re launching today (TeleScope 2012), which looks into the UK’s TV viewing habits.

The infographic takes a look at how far and how fast the British public has responded to date to the new waves of TV technologies that have hit the market in the last few years.

It touches on how much TV we are watching, what we’re watching and how we’re watching it, looking in particular at the rise of two-screen, social media viewing (or “chatterboxing”), which is forcing many people try to watch important programmes live, to avoid social media spoilers.

  3. Interesting statistics about Chatterboxing, I've noticed more and more TV shows include a #hashtag for Twitter or their Facebook page.
