“Help Me Make it Through the Night” — (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-PG, D) (HDTV)

TAKING ONE FOR THE TEAM — After Lemon’s (Jaime King) fallout with the Belles, she is blacklisted from the Junior League Halloween Masquerade party, so she calls her Grandma Bettie (guest star Maree Cheatham, “Days of Our Lives”) for help and lands herself a date with another of Alabama’s most eligible bachelors. Lavon (Cress Williams) has a big surprise for his anniversary with AnnaBeth (Kaitlyn Black), but when she has a health scare, she turns to Zoe (Rachel Bilson) to help her out. Meanwhile, during the party, George (Scott Porter) has to do damage control with the town judges and Wade (Wilson Bethel) keeps finding himself in trouble with ineligible ladies. Robert Buckley (“One Tree Hill”) guest stars. Tim Matheson directed the episode written by Jamie Gorenberg (#304).

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

VINCENT COMES FACE TO FACE WITH SOMEONE FROM HIS PAST — After getting stonewalled by Cat (Kristin Kreuk) in his quest to track down a suspected beast, Gabe (Sendhil Ramamurthy) enlists Vincent’s (Jay Ryan) help, but Vincent quickly takes matters into his own hands. Unfortunately, the beast as an advantage over Vincent that requires Cat’s help, in addition to the help of someone else who opens up old wounds from Vincent’s past. Nina Lisandrello also stars. THE ORIGINALS
“Sinners and Saints” — (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

PASTS ARE REVEALED AND SECRETS ARE EXPOSED — Angered by recent events involving the safety of his unborn baby, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) demands answers from Sophie (Daniella Pineda), believing she was involved. Sophie reveals to Klaus and Rebekah (Claire Holt) a troubling secret from her past. Meanwhile, Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) asks Klaus to accompany him to the bayou after gruesome remains are discovered, while Rebekah, Sophie and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) set off on a mission of their own. Davina (Danielle Campbell) confides in an unexpected ally and reveals shocking information about the witches, ultimately leading to a disturbing revelation. Daniel Gillies also stars. FELICIA DAY RETURNS AS CHARLIE/SAM, DEAN AND CHARLIE MEET DOROTHY FROM OZ — Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) discover that the table in the Men of Letters house (the one that lit up like a Christmas Tree when the angels fell), has an ancient computer attached to it. They figure if they can get the computer on, they can track the angels. Who better to call for help than the best IT girl there is, Charlie (guest star Felicia Day)? While moving the massive computer, they dislodge a hidden hexbag that unleashes a magical green-webbed wall. Sam and Dean break through it and discover the one and only Dorothy (guest star Tiio Horn) from Oz. She had trapped herself and the wicked witch (guest star Maya Massar) in the web years ago to stop the witch from finding the key that would open the gate that connected their world with Oz. With the wall broken, a massive and magical fight ensues that threatens to destroy the Men of Letters house. Robert Singer directed the episode written by Robbie Thompson (#904).


WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30

ARROW
“Crucible” — (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

OLIVER MEETS THE CANARY — Oliver (Stephen Amell) discovers a man who goes by the name “The Mayor” (guest star Cle Bennett) is bringing illegal guns in to The Glades, so Oliver sponsors a “Cash for Guns” event to help clean up the city. Unfortunately, The Mayor crashes the event with his gang and seriously injures Sin (guest star Bex Taylor-Klaus). The Canary (Caity Lotz) is furious when she learns her friend is in the hospital and sets out for revenge. Meanwhile, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) stuns Oliver with a bit of information about the Canary, Donner (guest star Dylan Bruce) asks Laurel (Katie Cassidy) to dinner, and Diggle (David Ramsey) reconnects with an old friend. Eagle Egilsson directed the episode written by Andrew Kreisberg & Wendy Mericle (#204).

THE TOMORROW PEOPLE
“Kill or Be Killed” — (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

UNFINISHED BUSINESS — When Ultra’s most wanted, Killian McCrane (guest star Jason Dohring, “Veronica Mars”), resurfaces after years of being in hiding, Stephen (Robbie Amell) enlists John’s (Luke Mitchell) help in tracking him down. John reluctantly agrees to help, but changes his mind when he learns that Killian isn’t after Jedikiah (Mark Pellegrino) as everyone suspects. Stephen, wants to help, but Cara (Peyton List) explains that John’s history with Killian, which brings back a flood of memories from John’s past, making him do something he never thought he would do again. Meanwhile, Stephen’s mom (guest star Sarah Clarke) is suspicious of his whereabouts, putting him in an awkward position. Aaron Yoo and Madeleine Mantock also star. Guy Bee directed the episode written by Nicholas Wootton and Alex Katsnelson (#104).

COSTUME PARTY OF THE DAMNED — On campus, Elena (Nina Dobrev) is touched by a sad and secretive student named Aaron (guest star Shaun Sipos). Elena and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) attend the Whitmore Historical Ball dressed as Anne Boleyn and Henry VIII. At the Ball, Elena shares a dance with Dr. Maxfield (guest star Rick Cosnett), who has a disturbing message for her. Caroline’s (Candice Accola) evening at the Ball takes her from happiness to heartbreak. Meanwhile, Nadia (guest star Olga Fonda) reveals her surprising history to Katherine (Nina Dobrev), and Damon tries to make a deal with Silas (Paul Wesley). Silas’ demand that Damon commit an unthinkable act leads to a violent confrontation. Kat Graham and Zach Roerig also star. Kellie Cyrus directed the episode written by Sonny Postiglione (#505).

Tomas (guest star Manolo Cardona), the son of the King of Portugal, proposes marriage to Mary, promising her aid against England if she’ll abandon Francis and turn to Tomas instead. Francis (Toby Regbo) puts Bash (Torrance Coombs) in jeopardy when he lets his feelings for Mary cloud his judgment. INTERESTING LIFE LESSONS — INDIE ROCK BAND “AMERICAN AUTHORS” PERFORM — Carrie (AnnaSophia Robb) and Walt (Brendan Dooling) are faced with kicking out their new roommate when she makes herself too comfortable. Walt summons the courage to tell Bennet (guest star Jake Robinson) how he feels about him at his eighteenth birthday bash – at a VIP Z100 concert – but things go horribly awry before Bennet can respond. Samantha (Lindsey Gort) and Mouse (Ellen Wong) meet, and Samantha wastes no time giving Mouse sex tips. Back in Castlebury, Sebastian (Austin Butler) and Maggie (Katie Findlay) run into each other; and the evening doesn’t go exactly as planned when Tom (Matt Letscher) invites girlfriend Deb (guest star Nadia Dajani) to spend the weekend with him.
