HBO has ordered a pilot from "Big Love" creators Mark V. Olsen and Will Scheffe based on the British medical comedy "Getting On."
The British series premiered on BBC Four in 2009. It follows employees at a backwater hospital as they cope with red tape and political correctness while treating elderly patients.
The HBO show will realign Olsen and Scheffe with the network that aired "Big Love" for five seasons.
