Seems interesting! Semi-like the vibe, will have to check out the pilot to decide if I'll watch.
ReplyDeleteIf the promo is telling the truth it looks okay... I wasn't sure if this would work. And on MTV at that, but if they do it right they might have a chance. Ill check it out for the first 3 episodes and if it keeps my attention ill watch it. I loved the Scream series.
ReplyDeleteI have so many fingers crossed for this as a fan of the movies. I'm not happy that the mask is apparently being changed, but the trailer has definitely given me the creeps and my hopes are rising that they might just pull off an awesome show.

ReplyDeleteSeems like the show at least has the potential to be Scream 3 in terms of quality, which is not a bad thing. Glad that season 1 is 10 episodes, 13 would be pushing it IMO.

ReplyDeleteLol, Scream will be a nice replacement for Teen Wolf for me since I dropped it. As for the TWD spin-off I've no idea, I don't watch TWD. I do have a crowded Summer though, much more so than Fall/Winter/Spring. I hope Scream does well, it looks great :)

ReplyDeleteI was so scared when I heard this was happening that they were going to forget that the series was always a satire on Horror and oh thank god I'm so happy to be wrong, if the feel of these promo's is the tone of the show, I'm oh so in!

ReplyDeleteI liked it! The thing I was most nervous about was the show shifting the mythology to something superntural, but it looks like the franchise's slasher DNA is still there.

ReplyDeleteI think Willa Fitzgerald and Bex Taylor-Klaus are the co-leads, the official plot description mentions the rekindling of their friendship as central to the plot. But I did notice we didn't see much of Bex.

ReplyDeleteI feel WAY to stupid, I thought they were promos for Scream Queens until I saw Tyler Posey and I thought "Why is he there? He's on MTV" and decided to check the title and discovered it was for Scream.
ReplyDeleteAs some other, I watched this thinking it was Scream Queens and thought this looked very good, the best promo so far. Then I saw it was for a MTV series...

ReplyDeleteI'm literally watching Scream 4 Right now and iI just gotta say, if they actually got the actor's voice for Ghostface, then I'd slightly consider watching it. But they don't, so I won't. And as a fan of the Scream franchise from the moment it started, I'm really not into this series at all.
