  • Early Ratings Analysis by Marc Berman (TVMediaInsights)
The analysis below is based on the early household numbers and are NOT the same as the numbers that will be posted in the above table later. (See the About section below)

NOTE: The opinions expressed here are NOT those of SpoilerTV but of the Author of this Article, Marc Berman.

    Metered Market Tuesday Ratings
“Weird Loners” is DOA on Fox

    Tuesday 3/31/15

    Household
    Rating/Share
    CBS 7.3/12
    NBC 3.8/ 6
    ABC 3.0/ 5
    Fox 2.3/ 4
    CW 2.0/ 3

-Percent Change from Year-Ago Evening – Tuesday 4/01/14:
    CW: +233, Fox: +21, ABC: +15, NBC: -21, CBS: -23

    ———-

Note: The following labels are based on the household overnights and are subject to change given the availability of other pending data streams. These overnights are your first look at the ratings and a precursor to what could lie ahead. And we take into account other benchmarks including the expected demographic ratings, potential DVR usage, the critical acclaim (or lack of) and the social media presence.

    -Winners:
    “NCIS” (CBS)

    -Honorable Mention:
“The Voice” R (NBC), “The Flash” (CW)

    -Losers (excluding repeats):
“Repeat After Me” (ABC), “New Girl” (Fox), “Weird Loners” (Fox), “Forever” (ABC)

    ———-

    Ratings Breakdown:
CBS scored another easy Tuesday overnight win, but last night’s victory came as a result of “NCIS” and part one of miniseries “The Dovekeepers.” “The Dovekeepers,” which concludes tonight and will likely skew older, scored a dominant 5.8 rating/9 share in the household overnights from 9-11 p.m. Comparably, however, retention out of the 8:30 p.m. portion of “NCIS” (10.5/17) was soft at 55 percent. And there was erosion from 9:30-11 p.m., with the 10:30 p.m. half-hour 25 percent below the 9-9:30 p.m. portion. Half-hour breakdown: 6.7/11 – 5.8/ 9 – 5.5/ 9 – 5.0/ 9. Expect a respectable performance for “The Dovekeepers” in total viewers, with an adult 18-49 rating potentially under a 2 rating.

Overall, “NCIS” led the night with a 10.3/17 from 8-9 p.m., which was four percent above the 9.9/16 one week earlier.

In series-premiere news, there is only one way to describe opening overnight levels for Fox sitcom “Weird Loners”: DOA. “Weird Loners” debuted with a mere 1.5/ 2 at 9:30 p.m., which was one-tenth of a rating point (or six percent) below the season (or series) finale of “The Mindy Project” one week earlier (1.6/ 3 on March 24). “The Mindy Project” also scored a 1.6/ 3 in the overnights on the year-ago evening. “Weird Loners” slipped by 21 percent from the 1.9/ 3 (#4) for just renewed lead-in “New Girl” at 9 p.m. And it trailed episode three of competing “One Big Happy” on NBC (#3: 2.7/ 4) by a considerable 44 percent. While there are, of course, many other benchmarks to consider, a 1.5 rating in the overnights is unlikely to translate into much elsewhere for “Weird Loners.”

Considering most new shows drop 10 to 20 percent in week two, maybe the networks should take a break from the glut of 30something year old goofballs and misfits looking for love.

Earlier in the evening on Fox was tired “Hell’s Kitchen” at a 2.8/ 5 (#4) from 8-9 p.m., which was a slight improvement from the 2.7/ 4 last week.

On NBC, a recap edition of “The Voice” was on the map with a 5.8/ 9 (#2) in the overnights from 8-9 p.m. And it led into a 3.3/ 5 for sitcom “Undateable” at 9 p.m., which slipped by six percent from the 3.5/ 6 one week earlier. But overnight retention of 57 percent out of “The Voice” clips show was better than the 45 percent out of the original edition last week.

Week three of NBC’s aforementioned “One Big Happy” followed with a 2.7/ 4 (#3) at 9:30 p.m., which was a minor one-tenth of a rating point (or four percent) improvement from the 2.6/ 4 one week earlier. And it led into a 2.6/ 4 (#3) for a repeat of “Chicago Fire” at 10 p.m.

Elsewhere, recent ABC Tuesday 8-9 p.m. entries “Fresh Off the Boat” (#3: 3.5/ 6) and “Repeat After Me” (#5: 2.3/ 4) each perked up by two-tenths of a rating point week to week. But the overnight rating loss of 34 percent for “Repeat After Me” out of “Fresh Off the Boat” remains a concern. And they led into a 2.9/ 5 (#3) for demo friendly “Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD” from 9-10 p.m., which also increased by two-tenths of a rating point from last week.

Freshman drama “Forever” capped off the night for ABC with a 3.2/ 6 at 10 p.m. (#2), which will not even crack a 1.0 rating in adults 18-49.

On The CW, week three of drama ‘iZombie” scored a 1.4/ 2 at 9 p.m., which was a minor increase from the 1.3/ 2 one week earlier. But the overnight retention out of lead-in “The Flash” (#5: 2.6/ 4 at 8 p.m.) was only 54 percent.

  1. will be interesting to see how NBC comedies fare in the demos

    ReplyDelete
  2. Steady ratings for The Flash. I hope those promos will bring back viewers. But lets wait for the demos first.
A good small increase for iZombi I hope it will be noticeable in the demos.

    ReplyDelete
  3. Seems like there was growth for every network compared with last week.

    ReplyDelete
  4. The Dovekeepers did very badly, lost 50 percent of the lead-in,it will crack 1.5 at max

    ReplyDelete
  5. NBC comedies were amazingly steady with The Voice being a clip show which is way down from the last week, did not expect this.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Really hoping iZombie rose, considering last week it had a 0.72

    ReplyDelete
  7. Weird Loners wont even crack a 1.0,sad FOX gave it compatible sure, but one of the worst rated leadin it could get.

    ReplyDelete
  8. FOTB should have no problem beating Undateable.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Hope the upticks in households hold up in demo numbers. Sick of seeing series lows everywhere.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Fingers crossed iZombie at least stays at .7 in the finals.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Veronica Asher1 April 2015 at 14:34

Good news for Fresh Off the Boat! Hope it gets renewed soon. Great, fun show!

    ReplyDelete
  12. I fear that CBS wont risk with some different dramas,The Dovekeepers was a test, completely un CBS and it failed. I feel CBS will unfortunately stick with the procedurals for many years to come.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Wow One Big Happy is up in HH week to week. If it can stay above a 1.2 for its next 3 episodes, I think NBC will renew it.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Im impressed with the steadiness of NBC comedies even though The Voice was a clip show.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I think the demo numbers should be about the same as last week for the comedies even though they had a weaker lead-in.

    ReplyDelete
  16. And least something positive for NBC.

    ReplyDelete
  17. i could bet on it :)

    ReplyDelete
  18. What is it about? I mean Dovekeepers? I checked wiki but it has no entry about it.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Good for the NBC comedies being somewhat steady, and is NCIS always that huge in HH?

    Poor Fox.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Based in Alice Hoffman's historical novel about the Siege of Masada, the miniseries focuses on four extraordinary women whose lives intersect in a fight for survival at the siege of Masada. Its set in 70 C.E

    ReplyDelete
  21. Yep it is,it always has many viewers.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Here's hoping. It's slightly disappointing start can be balanced by solid steady ratings.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I didn't even know about The Dovekeepers until I saw it in the 'what are you watching' poll yesterday, not that I would have watched it anyway.
I know this is terrible but I just can't help but want iZombie to fail :/ I hate it when a show has a cast I love but story I hate or vice versa, and I want TM to have it's best chance. Looks like it's holding well though but will be interesting to see if it falls without The Flash.
I'm more interested in cable ratings today to see how Finding Carter and the Cougar Town series finale did.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Seems bad for Weird Loners..

Does anybody know if Prison Break comes back? How are the chances?

    ReplyDelete
  25. They said at TCAs that they may look into it, and given that they revived X Files, I wouldn't put it past them.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Jean Paul (Alexi)1 April 2015 at 14:47

I'm worried about Supergirl. I'd rather see it on The CW. Too bad it probably wouldn't be able to afford the current cast.

I know Ringer passed from CBS to The CW, but would something like that happen again?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Well, I know it has a massive bunch of viewers, but I guess seeing the 10.3 shocked me a bit.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Oh so it's like Reign.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Top 25 Numbers are being entered into the spreadsheet. Refresh for updates as they happen

    ReplyDelete
  30. I know the feeling about iZombie but it wrnt away after I watched the show. It's quite entertaining.
Still I think that no matter how poor or good iZombie does TM has to pull some good ratings cause if the pilot season goes good for CW wouldn't be surprised if they cancel both.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I just noticed the "Reveal Comments" option on the side. This is great as just glancing at it can sometimes spoil a show.
Happened to me with Mary's assault on Reign.

    ReplyDelete
  32. What are the top 25? Can't see them.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Of course Weird Loners was going to be DOA. I don't think FOX promoted it that much and New Girl is not a great lead-in.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Just 1.9 for NCIS now.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Thank you. And that's terrible for NCIS considering The Voice was a clip show.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I NEED TO KNOW FOTB's NUMBER!

    ReplyDelete
  37. NCIS always goes up from Top 25 so its getting about 2.3 which is good.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Fresh off the Boat at a 1.6? :( yikes.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Silverlining, if there was ever one: It still beat the NBC's comedies.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Now its more impressive NBC comedies.

    ReplyDelete
  41. That's awful for The Dovekeepers.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Yikes at The Dovekeepers getting 0.9 on Top 25.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I have already said before,un CBS show, uncompatible leadin, this questions me if they should pick up Supergirl.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Undateable likely did a 1.3 and OBH a 1.0
    how is that impressive?

    ReplyDelete
  45. It was terrible.

    ReplyDelete
  46. It's impressive in the sense that the comedies didn't crash and burn without the Voice.

    ReplyDelete
  47. It is since they had much lower leadin.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Wow CBS really don't look pretty in the 9 and 10 hours.

    ReplyDelete
  49. This wasn't really a show, just a mini-series. And Supergirl is till going to be a procedural which is CBS's forte.

    ReplyDelete
  50. It did that last week, too.

    ReplyDelete
  51. I knew that TD would crash in that slot, today it will be even worse

    ReplyDelete
  52. Veronica Asher1 April 2015 at 14:58

Have you watched the show? I know it sounds awful. Believe me, I know it. I'm embarrassed to say I watch something called iZombie. But it is very tongue-in-cheek (or maybe brain-in-cheek) like the creator's earlier Veronica Mars. I really like it.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Really? I thought it was Arrow/The Flash kind of show.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Still, a 1.4 is nothing to boast about.

    ReplyDelete
  55. So based on top 25:

    CBS did terrible.
    ABC underperformed.
    NBC did what was expected.
    FOX did what was expected.
    CW over performed.

    ReplyDelete
  56. How did ABC underperformed?

    ReplyDelete
  57. Yet The Dovekeepers had the best lead-in it could have had. Perhaps CBS thought more people from NCIS would stick around to watch former co-star Cote de Pablo in this miniseries. I am surprised by the low ratings as well.

    ReplyDelete
  58. I didnt thought Forever would ever won at 10pm. Glad its up.

    ReplyDelete
  59. FOTB and Shield will likely go down from top 25.

    ReplyDelete
  60. I tried the pilot but didn't like it, the procedural nature of it was enough to put me off tbh.

    ReplyDelete
  61. CBS announced a while a go that it will be a procedural primarily. But I guess there will be some serialized elements, too.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Only The Dovekeepers on CBS did terrible. NCIS did good.

    ReplyDelete
  63. It's their regular numbers; it's not really underperforming.

    ReplyDelete
  64. But than what Selfie did in that slot, in that in the fall, too.

    ReplyDelete
  65. It's doing better than a pair of DOA comedies, sure, but that's hardly an achievement worth touting around.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Also FOTB is a freshman show thats a starter,no help from lead ins

    ReplyDelete
  67. And TD lowered the entire night, so CBS did do terribly.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Glad to see Flash and FotB back up, their ratings last week were not quite pretty.
Izombie is holding out pretty well; looks like this may be a keeper.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Wasn't Selfie a starter too?

    ReplyDelete
  70. I only watched the pilot and didn't enjoy it, I really liked Rose and Robert though, even though Robert was just standing around throwing smiles around, I like him from 666 Park Avenue. I never watched Veronica Mars.

    ReplyDelete
  71. I think he means self-starter.

    ReplyDelete
  72. If I only watched the pilot I would probably give up on it as well. But I was on a tv show break and watched ep 1&2 after together and ep 2 was much better and much more enjoable. It's up to U, try it out over the summer if it gets renewed and see maybe U'll dig it.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Really hoping iZombie keeps that 0.8 for the finals too, I'm really worried about next week... it better not drop under 0.7

    ReplyDelete
  74. Yes, I watched all 4 episodes back-to-back a few months ago, and that helped me get a feel of the show. Looking forward to episode 5.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Is this the worst retention for some series on CBS from 8pm?

    ReplyDelete
  76. Unless it gets much more serialised and darker I doubt it will be for me, but I have nothing to watch tonight so maybe I'll download and watch eps 2 and 3.

    ReplyDelete
  77. It reminds me of Psych.

    ReplyDelete
  78. I didnt like the procedural element either. That was until they introduced a small twist to it. With each brain she consumes she gets new skills an personality traits. This makes her character different each ep.
    Its fun.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Izombie will air without a new episode of The Flash right?

    ReplyDelete
  80. Reminds me of Tru Calling.

    ReplyDelete
  81. I have never heard of that show sorry.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Well It will be limited if it did come back, Wentworth may star in this arrow/flash spin-off, so it will only return for 6 episodes too.

Plus its harder to get the cast back, X-Files only needed to secure two people. Prison Break has alot of people to ask.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Farewell Parks and Rec1 April 2015 at 15:09

    The Oldkeepers.

Looks good for CW, Undateable and One Big Bomb didn't drop hard, the first one is gonna ruin my bold prediction.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Girl works at morgue and solves/prevents murders with supernatural abilities.
    Not a comedy though.

    ReplyDelete
  85. how do you guys think AOS did?

    ReplyDelete
  86. Patrick Ausgewahlt1 April 2015 at 15:11

    It was fantastic

    ReplyDelete
  87. I saw that in the pilot, that was actually something I liked about it, reminded me of Tru Calling and I liked that show.

    ReplyDelete
  88. He meant the ratings.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Depends what story it wants to tell, really. Anything after the series finale can be done without Miller; anything before and he kinda needs to be there. Also if it wants to focus on one character then the whole cast don't need to return.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Farewell Parks and Rec1 April 2015 at 15:11

I still believe ABC is going to renew it. Ratings are not great compared to the wednesday shows, but they can keep a second tier comedy.

    ReplyDelete
  91. I JUST mentioned Tru Calling below!

    ReplyDelete
  92. I agree, especially weak is Undateble. It should be doing a lot better than the 1.3 it'll probably achieve in the demo. That is below what The Night Shift gets behind the Voice initially in its first half hour, at a more watched hour, and Undateable should be much more younger skewing and easier to get into as it is a comedy. Not to mention Undateable has zero competition in the comedy field at that hour.

NBC should either swap One Big Happy and Undateable or try out The Mysteries Laura at the Tuesday at a spot. Their results should be a lot stronger at the 9 spot.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Patrick Ausgewahlt1 April 2015 at 15:14

The Siege of Masada isn't that well known of an event. And really only has significance to Jews (which is why I think it got launched at/during Passover) and has no real significance. I thought it was pretty awesome. But not everyone is trying to minor in Judaism and Jewish History, no I don't expect the general public to care.

    ReplyDelete
  94. He is taling about CBS not NBC.

    ReplyDelete
  95. "Wow CBS and NBC really don't look pretty in the 9 and 10 hours." I think you misread, Jovan. Clearly NBC is mentioned, hence my response.

    ReplyDelete
  96. I edited it and put in NBC too, I forgot to include it the first time.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Hoping The Flash can at least hold a 1.3 in the demo and adjust up in the finals.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Veronica Asher1 April 2015 at 15:16

Yeah, when you said you didn't like procedurals, I thought, "Oh, yeah, then he won't like it." That was what I liked about it, that it was like a CSI show, but with a zombie. If someone didn't like the zombie aspect of it, I could talk them through it because I don't like serious stuff about zombies either (like, I liked Zombieland but not World War Z and I don't watch The Walking Dead), but yeah, it's a procedural for sure.

    ReplyDelete
  99. I'm not surprised it did, I hadn't heard about it until yesterday. At least it's just 4 hours.

    ReplyDelete
  100. I havent seen the edit did not refresh the page.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Comparing The Night Shift with Undateable us apples to oranges.

The Voice provides the Night Shift with a much stronger lead-in than Undateable receives after the hour long results show.

Last night's recap of the Voice only rated at a 1.9 in the top25, yet Undateable was still able to achieve a 1.4 in the top25.

Comparatively both Undateable and One Big Happy did better retention from the Voice than Marry Me and About A Boy did last fall in week 3.

    ReplyDelete
  102. NBC are doing pretty terribly all around tbh, it's just they have The Voice and they had sports earlier in the season to boost the numbers. Constantine was the only NBC show I watched so I can't comment on the quality of any of their shows. I don't know if moving any of OBH, Undateable or TMOL would help though, all are so low rated that any boost they'd be able to get wouldn't be a huge help anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  103. NBC had a repeat at 10pm.

    ReplyDelete
  104. I enjoyed The Dovekeepers

    ReplyDelete
  105. FOtB got a 1.6 last week in the T25, too.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Undateable and One big Happy's demo are both below Mary Me an About a Boy. Significantly, that is what is important. Undateable and One Big Happy actually had reduced competition today in both a new comedy struggling to find traction (Weird Loners) and Dovekeepers miniseries, yet was unable to capitalize.

And comparing it to TNS is not irrelevant when Undateable's top 25 have been below the initial half hour of TNS for every week. At a more watched hour and, supposedly, younger skewing.

A 1.4 in top 25 for Undateable is disappointing. It should be significantly higher as it is retooled specifically for that demo.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Ep 2 was much more interesting than the Pilot and ep 3 had the same feel. It was nice to see the brain owners flaws incorporate in Liv's life and make her think about her life and they need to use Blaine much more.
The pilot felt a bit out of order with them skipping Liv's transition and forcing us right in. But pilots mostly have a bunch of flaws but the show rose above it and currently delivers some great moments.
Also looking forward to new eps.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Oh yh, 9 and 9:30 for them then :P

    ReplyDelete
  109. Did Forever just win the 10 PM time slot? SHOCKER...

    ReplyDelete
  110. What do U mean by more serialised? Never really understood what is meant under the term.
I know Wednesdays got so boring for me sincd The 100 and AHS ended. Only got Arrow and MF to watch.

    ReplyDelete
  111. I'd prefer it on CW too. I hope crossovers are possible since CBS owns CW (right?)
I'd love to see a Flash/Supergirl team up. Maybe with a race around the world scene at the end!

    ReplyDelete
  112. Glad to see The Flash went up,good for iZombie!

    ReplyDelete
  113. I felt Weird Loners was promoted to death. They promoted a lot during Empire and I saw tons of commercial for it during Last Man on Earth.

    ReplyDelete
  114. I am seriously looking forward to the ABC press release. They can spend anything so I'm looking forward to seeing what they can do with this.

    ReplyDelete
  115. ABC usually goes down from the top 25, while CBS goes up. So Forever might not have won.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Guessing 1.2 for the Flash, but will be adjusted to 1.3 in the finals.

    ReplyDelete
  117. Serialised as in main storylines that span several episodes, a season or multiple seasons instead of a new story each episode.
I miss having The 100, it was the only mid-week show I really looked forward to.

    ReplyDelete
  118. It sounded boring as hell.

    ReplyDelete
  119. Have to wait for the prelims, since CBS usually goes up from the T25.

    ReplyDelete
  120. After a repeat all shows drop the CW should and Will likely understand this

    ReplyDelete
  121. What do the Top 25 mean? Fresh off the boat got a 1.6. So is that good? I'm still trying to understand tv ratings...

    ReplyDelete
  122. Okay. Not to be pushy but with Blaine creating an Zombie army it seems to go towards that just as a bts story not main.
I can live without The100, but living without the information about it's return is the real torture.

    ReplyDelete
  123. These are the demos from the biggest 25 TV markets by population. (NY/LA/Houston/etc)
In a couple mins we get fast nationals which include 50 markets and than later around 4 the finals include the top 100 markets in usa

    ReplyDelete
  124. Everything did well it seems yay for success

    ReplyDelete
  125. Except The Dovekeepers.

    ReplyDelete
  126. And weird Loners

    ReplyDelete
  127. Yea I watched it was horrible

    ReplyDelete
  128. Yeah, forgot about that.

    ReplyDelete
  129. Ok let's compare the episode 3 ratings of Marry Me and The Night Shift with the top25 rating of Undateable.

In week 3 Marry Me score a 1.5 out of the Voice's 2.9 rating which = 51.7% retention

In week 3 The Night Shift scored a 1,3 out of The Voice's 3.8 rating which = 34.2% retention

    In week 3 (Top25) Undateable score a 1.4 out of The Voice's 1.9 rating which = 73.7% retention

How can you say that the Night Shift or Marry Me are doing better than Undateable?

    ReplyDelete
  130. I think where the disconnect is that all the figures you are providing are based on retention. That is irrelevant, the figures that matter are the raw data for the demo. For example, Undateable is the most attractive property to the 18 to 49 demo on the comedy roster, solidified by the hiring of Mendler. As such, it should be well eclipsing the results of both Marry Me and TNS in demo. Your reliance on retention is actually hurting your case as at a 1.9 lead-in... Undateable should have done somewhere around a 1.6 or 1.7. That would have bested both TNS and Marry Me, which is what NBC expected.

  131. I definitely agree that FOX has to go in another direction next year with their comedies. I think that the glut of 30something year old goofballs and misfits looking for love is played out and all the broadcast networks should avoid picking up a show with this setup/premise.

  132. FOTB: 1.3
    RAFM: 0.9
    SHIELD: 1.4
    Forever: 1.0

    ReplyDelete
  133. I always thought fast nationals were all the markets just with lower accuracy or something lol. Learning something new every day.

    ReplyDelete
  134. eh iZombie not a 0.8 :(

    ReplyDelete
  135. That's plain awful for Weird Loners and Dovekeepers.

    ReplyDelete
  136. That really is DOA for Weird Loners

    ReplyDelete
  137. Major yikes at everything that isn't NCIS, The Voice or The CW

    ReplyDelete
  138. Horibble night afterall

    ReplyDelete
  139. That's a series low for New Girl, right?

    ReplyDelete
  140. still good for izombie to not drop and after 3 episodes

    ReplyDelete
  141. NOOOOOOOOOO!

Fresh Off The Boat is getting cancelled. Corcumstances are different this year than last year with The Goldbergs.

    ReplyDelete
  142. I still don't think it's getting cancelled.

    ReplyDelete
  143. Izombie tied Weird Loners. Sad news for FOX.

    ReplyDelete
  144. Outch Shield and FOTB! :(

    ReplyDelete
  145. What's up with Fresh Off The Boat's huge drop (not week-to-week, overall). Seemed like it had a stead, loyal fanbase.

    1.3 is just terrible.

    ReplyDelete
  146. Half Hours for iZombie please?

    ReplyDelete
  147. That's terrible for New Girl :( At least Undateable and One Big Happy are steady.

    ReplyDelete
  148. Episode 3 of Marry Me and About A Boy scored a 1.5 and 1.2 respectively out of a 2.8 Voice results show.

Episode 3 of Undateable and One Big Happy scored a 1.4 and 1.2 respectively out of a 1.9 rated Voice clip show.

    ReplyDelete
  149. I honestly think DST is overrated. In many major markets its still dark before 8.

    ReplyDelete
  150. 0.7 for a premiere!LMAO!

    ReplyDelete
  151. Farewell Parks and Rec1 April 2015 at 16:10

    Aother drop for FOTB.

Ruthless ABC is going to appear now, just like Suburgatory.

    ReplyDelete
  152. Nelson meters in college dorm rooms that are on break. I find that more possible than daylight savings time.

    ReplyDelete
  153. You have to admit that most of the reason The Goldbergs was renewed is they didn't have much else. Cancelling it would cancel all their freshmen sitcoms and leave us with just The Middle and Modern Family.

This year, The Goldbergs has become a hit, Blackish is doing ok all things considered, and ABC won't have to worry about what they dd last season.

Plus, its a 20th prodution. At this pount renewing it could be a huge mistake, unless they move it to Wednesday.

    ReplyDelete
  154. It has done better than Trophy Wife, Selfie and MLS. That's better than 3/4 comedies ABC has tried on Tuesday in the last 2 years.

    ReplyDelete
  155. Except every year the majority of shows ratings are down from their winter numbere come April. So it is not overrated

    ReplyDelete
  156. Victor Hugo G. Soares1 April 2015 at 16:11

I think with these numbers Undateable will be renewed... OBH probably not

    ReplyDelete
  157. I think so.

At least it's already been renewed...

    ReplyDelete
  158. What are the chances FOTB gets renewed? I think it's ratings keep dropping every week :'(

    ReplyDelete
  159. If OBH stays above the 1.2 mark, I think a renewal could be possible.

    ReplyDelete
  160. DAMN AoS on a low. Last night episode was so good.

    ReplyDelete
  161. Yikes New Girl, thankfully it was renewed just in time.Poor The Dovekeepers!

    ReplyDelete
  162. Not likely, after what happened with Growing Up Fisher last year.

    ReplyDelete
  163. Undateable has a good shot at renewal. I wouldn't be surprised if it happens soon as that's good enough for a renewal.

    ReplyDelete
  164. I really wish ABC would just air back to back episodes of FOTB and just get its first season finish before it dips even lower. It needed a strong comedy paired with it, not Repeat After Me. Heck, I would have even loved to see several episodes of Last Man Standing at 8:30pm.

    ReplyDelete
  165. Tuesdays are just a disaster all around.

    ReplyDelete
  166. At least it was the stronger performer last night on ABC.

    ReplyDelete
  167. Probably like 40%, honestly. They have Dr. Ken in development and Ken is an ABC Studios production.

If it gets renewed then it will either have to get support of either The Middle or The Goldbergs. Slipping ratings for s freshmen usually do not bode well for predicting the ratings for the next season.

    ReplyDelete
  168. Yep.Previous series low was 1.1 for 3.22.

    ReplyDelete
  169. Farewell Parks and Rec1 April 2015 at 16:14

Weird Loner flat out bombed. Ties The Assets as the lowest rated big 4 premiere ever.

    ReplyDelete
  170. Things are different this year since they ended Parks and Recreation.

    ReplyDelete
  171. where do you see the half hours mediaweek has it not up yet ?

    ReplyDelete
  172. Greice Moreira1 April 2015 at 16:15

    It actually won its hour.

    ReplyDelete
  173. I think it's a toss up right now.

    ReplyDelete
  174. Showbuzzdaily?

    ReplyDelete
  175. I don't see how that makes things different.

    ReplyDelete
  176. It tied with Undeteable.

    ReplyDelete
  177. I would have put Cristela at 8:30 and Repeat After Me on Friday. And HECK, The Middle needs to come save it.

    ReplyDelete
  178. Greice Moreira1 April 2015 at 16:17

Wow when Shiield is the winner of its hour, you know Tuesday is in bad shape for all networks. It's so unfair that shield ratings are falling when the series is getting so great. Last night was movie worthy quality. So good.

    ReplyDelete
  179. It will be pulled soon.

    ReplyDelete
  180. They have less spackle comedies to fall back on. But I guess a renewal of OBH, could depend on how many comedy hours they are planning to have next season.

If they keep only 1 comedy hour there is far less reason for them to have spackle comedies.

    ReplyDelete
  181. CBS spent a lot of on air time promoting Dovekeepers, not to mention using new NCIS - for obvious reason - what a bomb. And they are going to have worse ratings tonight. Should've used it on two Sunday nights - the ratings at least would be up (slightly) from TGW/BC combo.

    ReplyDelete
  182. She said hour. Undateable is a half hour. So you have to factor in One Big Happy to NBC's hour. Which makes the hour for NBC 1.3

    ReplyDelete
  183. Greice Moreira1 April 2015 at 16:19

Unbeatable is only half the hour. Shield won the overall hour.

  185. Is this a series low for New Girl? Both it and The Mindy Project should definitely air on Friday next season.
