  1. 0.8 is OK for Mad Men.

Hopefully it's ratings uptick for the finale.

  3. Such a shame for Salem. The huge promotion should've paid off.

Mad Men is flat year to year, right?

  10. With all the NBC's flops, I'm starting to think that Constantine might actually have a chance for a 2nd season :D

  11. Is it sad that I got super excited that Battle Creek at least held steady?

Man, I'm beginning to really root for this show... I'm gonna be so heartbroken when the cancellation becomes official...

Why can't/shouldnt WGN/CW be compared?Theyre both cable ( CW operates likes and has ratings like a cable network)&Triubune CEO Peter Ligouri critized CWs low ratings while WGN's are worse.

Yep.But ear,ire this fall he backtracked on that

  14. Because of common sense. The CW has been making tv shows for years and years, season after season. They have a name especially with the younger viewers. WGN have made only 2 tv shows so far(Salem being the first), have little reputation and significantly less viewers. Also a lot more households have access to the CW then WGN. It's not even comparable. For the position Salem is in, its actually doing good for a channel view people know of or have at home.

  15. It's Salem's 2nd highest viewers (after the series premiere) plus it aired on Easter Sunday. It's still much higher than WGN America's other show, Manhattan. I think Salem has done well considering so you shouldn't be worried :)
