Metered Market Tuesday Ratings
CBS and NBC Tie; NBC to Lead in the Key Demos

Tuesday 3/09/15

Household
Rating/Share
CBS 7.7/13
NBC 7.7/12
ABC 2.5/ 4
Fox 2.0/ 3
CW 0.7/ 3

-Percent Change from Year-Ago Evening – Tuesday 3/10/14:
NBC: +31, CBS: +28, Fox: – 5, ABC: – 7, CW: -36

———-

Note: The following labels are based on the household overnights and are subject to change given the availability of other pending data streams. These overnights are your first look at the ratings and a precursor to what could lie ahead. And we take into account other benchmarks including the expected demographic ratings, potential DVR usage, the critical acclaim (or lack of) and the social media presence.

-Winners:
“The Voice” (NBC), “NCIS” (CBS), “NCIS: New Orleans” (CBS)

-Honorable Mention:
“Chicago Fire” (NBC)

-Losers (excluding repeats):
“Repeat After Me” (ABC), “The Mindy Project” (Fox)

———-

Ratings Breakdown:
Note: Keep in mind that ratings tend to decrease after Daylight saving time.

CBS and NBC tied for first on this second Tuesday in March based on the household overnights, but the home of “The Voice” will certainly hold a large advantage in adults 18-49 (and all the key young adult demos). “The Voice” scored a rock-solid 8.7 rating/14 share in the household overnights from 8-10 p.m., peaking in the 9:30 p.m. half-hour at a 9.1/14. One year earlier, it averaged an 8.5/14. And “The Voice” led into “Chicago Fire” at a first-place 5.7/10 at 10 p.m., which inched past competing “Person of Interest” on CBS (5.5/10) by one-tenth of a rating point. NBC should have no trouble winning all six half-hours in the key demos (and CBS can do better than “Person of Interest” in the Tuesday 10 p.m. hour next season).

Tops for the night, of course, was “NCIS” on CBS at a 9.9/16 from 8-9 p.m., which led into a second-place 7.7/12 for spin-off “NCIS: New Orleans” at 9 p.m. Aforementioned “Person of Interest” dipped by 28 percent from the 9:30 p.m. portion of “NCIS: New Orleans” (7.6/12).

On ABC, recent sitcom entry “Fresh Off the Boat” slipped by 12 percent week to week, with a series-low 3.6/ 6 (#3) in the household overnights in the 8 p.m. half-hour. And the weaker lead-in support resulted in a series-low 2.2/ 4 (#4) for week three of comical reality-themed “Repeat After Me” at 8:30 p.m., which dropped by 19 percent from the 2.7/ 4 one week earlier. As much as I do personally like “Repeat After Me” (and you would too if you gave it a chance), just 61 percent retention out of “Fresh Off the Boat” is a big concern.

Next on the alphabet net was young-adult and DVR friendly “Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD” at a below-average 2.8/ 4 from 9-10 p.m., which was still 27 percent above lead-in “Repeat After Me.” And it led into an encore telecast of freshman “Forever” at a 2.0/ 3 at 10 p.m., which was a slight improvement from the 1.8/ 3 for failed drama “Mind Games” on the year-ago evening.

Elsewhere, Fox populated the evening with diluted “Hell’s Kitchen” (#4: 2.8/ 5 at 8 p.m.) into a repeat of “New Girl” (#4: 1.2/ 2) and an original installment of “The Mindy Project” (#4: 1.5/ 5), which is still severely lacking despite the growth out of the “New Girl” encore. And The CW aired repeats of “The Flash” (#5: 0.9/ 2) and veteran “Supernatural” (#5: 0.6/ 1).

  1. DAMMIT! Better not be cancelled.

    ReplyDelete
  2. POI :( will it get 1 more season at-least ?

    ReplyDelete
  3. Ugh no shield down again :(

    ReplyDelete
  4. FOTB better stop decreasing. I have never enjoyed a family comedy as much as FOTB

    ReplyDelete
  5. Hope FotB's demos stay steady. Think 12% HH isn't a big slip.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Person of Interest down -0.3 from the December 16 episode and -0.4 from the February 3 episode (last 2 episodes preempted). I hope it isn't a series low again.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Everything is down again. There is no show that is up or steady from its last HH ratings. DST messes everything up.

    ReplyDelete
  8. I hope it improves in April seeing shield and fotb like this is killing me

    ReplyDelete
  9. Fresh Off The Boat come on go up

    ReplyDelete
  10. Demo is what matters. We shall see in an hour or so. As long as it stays at a 1.6 I will be happy. (Actually I will be happy if it does not go below 1.5)

    ReplyDelete
  11. Will AOS get renewed? Its so awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  12. It is,especially with young skewing shows like FOTB is.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Nooo FOTB,I had hopes it would be renewed.... -.-

    ReplyDelete
  14. Yeah, it will.

    ReplyDelete
  15. It will be around that number, but that isnt a good rating.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Poor little Albert Tsai just can't win.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Noo,dont remind me on Trophy Wife.. :(

    ReplyDelete
  18. He was on an eoisode of Benched too :(

    ReplyDelete
  19. I hope they improve in the weeks leading up to AOU I now its safe for the next season but I really want it to go up to the inhumans movie there is so much story to tell
And we know it has reach a 1.8 for the fall finale so these ratings are really worrying me

    ReplyDelete
  20. Mind Games was such a failure for ABC that even repeat of Forever beat it.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I was expecting this week to be down since it is post premiere drop + DST + return of New Orleans. Hopefully, next week, with no voice on the slot anymore, it an bounce back a bit.

    ReplyDelete
  22. its really worrying when your favourite show gets bad ratings, AOS is so good right now so i hope it gets a season 3.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Repeat after me is really killing the ABC night. It kills the momentum for Fresh of the boat and leads into an anemic night. Fotb and AOS do well for the night but the hole betel ween them and the weak 10 pm just makes it impossible for the night to work. Also, it's sad more people aren't watching AOS, one of the best shows on tv right now. It was trending worldwide on twitter last night. Bad scheduling on ABC part is demaging two great quality shows.

    ReplyDelete
  24. How it kills FOTB,FOTB starts befoer RAM.AOS shouldnt be reliable on its leadin.

    ReplyDelete
  25. The show's DVR ratings are phenomenal. My hope is that those Nelson ratings members who watch the show on DVR and really like it just sit through the commercials. The C3 is what matters.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I'm waiting for the voice to move from there I have seen that without it AOS gets like a .2 more in demo

    ReplyDelete
  27. Keep your fingers crossed. Usually once the warm weather hits the numbers go down across the board with everyone busy with outside activities..

    ReplyDelete
  28. Noooo FOtB!!!

    ReplyDelete
  29. HTGAWMRevengeOUAT11 March 2015 at 14:08

    I Would say 100% renewal

    ReplyDelete
  30. AOS isn't lead in dependant. Casual viewers could increase maybe .1 or .2 (not much but positive for a healthier night) and FOTB isn't directly damaged by it. But this hole between the two shows just brings the night down and makes less people more willing to turn on ABC. If they only have 30 min to watch at 8 pm so why not just dvr it and watch a full hour of great programming on other channels? A good line up just helps everything in it bringing good will from the viewers while a black hole in the middle of the night can't possibly be any good.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Things are looking good to Chicago Fire. Maybe it beats an original POI in total viewers.
Where's the people who talking sh!t about CF being a flop now?

    ReplyDelete
  32. Top 25 Markets 18-49 Demo Ratings have been posted

    ReplyDelete
  33. It's certain to get seasons 3 and 4. Don't worry. But it's just sad when one of the best shows on tv has so low ratings...

    ReplyDelete
  34. Patrick Ausgewahlt11 March 2015 at 14:14

That poor kid from Trophy Wife is ratings kryptonite! He first starred in a terribly rated comedy. Guest starred on since cancelled bench. And showed up for a series low showing of Fresh Off the Boat. Kid can't catch a break

    ReplyDelete
  35. Crossing my fingers for a 1.6 for PoI.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Oh thank god shield is steady in the top 25 so is fotb!!

    ReplyDelete
  37. CBS is low once again. I hate this. Fortunately, next week The Voice won't be at 9 pm anymore.

    ReplyDelete
  38. With no lead in, MINDY isn't a loser.

    ReplyDelete
  39. From the top 25 it looks like ABC's lineup will be almost identical to the previous week.

CBS seems tl have taken quite a hit!

    ReplyDelete
  40. Wow CBS collapsed!

Predictions based on Top25 Ratings Only:
    - Fresh Off the Boat: 1.7-1.8
    - Repeat After Me: 1.0
    - Marvel's Agents of Shield: 1.5-1.6
    - Forever (R): 0.5-0.6

    - NCIS: 2.1
    - NCIS New Orleans: 1.7
    - Person of Interest: 1.5-1.6

    - The Voice: 3.6
    - Chicago Fire: 2.1

    - Hell's Kitchen: 1.30
    - New Girl (R): 0.5-0.6
    - The Mindy Project: 0.8-0.9

    ReplyDelete
  41. Yeah I agree with that prognosis.

    ReplyDelete
  42. If it really went sub 1.0 it has to be a loser, sadly, even if it has a couple of very good excuses (New Girl in repeats, highest rated half hour of the voice)

    ReplyDelete
  43. Please be a 1.6 for Person of Interest.

    ReplyDelete
  44. I don't think it is even down.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Yes, it is a likely renewal. And it appears to have had one of its best performances in relative terms since the NCIS twins appear way down and POI appears to be average which is good.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Looks like NCIS LA might beat New Orleans

    ReplyDelete
  47. I don't think FOTB hit a new low.

    ReplyDelete
  48. It's sad but CBS always seems to be the most effected by DST. Two hours of The Voice don't help either and The Voice is always strong in the beginning of its season.

    ReplyDelete
  49. HTGAWMRevengeOUAT11 March 2015 at 14:24

That is good for FotB and huge Ouch to CBS

    ReplyDelete
  50. Crossing my fingers for AOS! If it falls to 1.5 or 1.4, it's dead in the water... Please be above 1.6 to 1.7!!!

    ReplyDelete
  51. oh don't worry you shall see them soon on TVBTN when ratings come in

    ReplyDelete
  52. Between Sunday-Tuesday ratings it looks like NBC and ABC have been hit the least from DST

CBS has taken the biggest hit

    ReplyDelete
  53. I think the CW is usually affected worse. But I can understand why CBS would be the most affected one - their audience is by far the most "casual" type since they have mostly procedurals which enable themselves to that type of viewing. Therefore, that audience is the one that will be most affected by fluctuations in viewing levels and competition. It is the same reason why their shows spike so much in early January with the high viewing levels.

    ReplyDelete
  54. It isn't dead in the water if it hits those numbers for last night's airing. Agents of Shield will be renewed. But I too hope it manages to stay even from last week.

    ReplyDelete
  55. It looks even or up.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Patrick Ausgewahlt11 March 2015 at 14:27

That's good! It just looked like it in the HH numbers

    ReplyDelete
  57. I can't see AOS stay in that 9 slot. I am sure it moves

    ReplyDelete
  58. The problem with going below 1.5 is that it decreases ABC's confidence in going two more seasons with it. They might overhaul Tuesday nights and start fresh.

    ReplyDelete
  59. It would be kinda awesome and interesting to see Person of Interest tie or beat NCIS: NO in the demo.

    ReplyDelete
  60. I am basing myself on the top25 numbers which are usually a way better indicator. Not a perfect one, but a much better one and usually pretty reliable.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Neps, they will still renew it.

    ReplyDelete
  62. I don't think it will happen but I agree

    ReplyDelete
  63. it should be renewed by it shouldn't stay in that slot

    ReplyDelete
  64. It won't happen since New Orleans rises more from the top 25 than Person of Interest does.

    ReplyDelete
  65. I think it is debatable but I understand the argument for sliding it to 10pm. Not sure if I agree with it but I understand it.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Looks exactly like it.

    ReplyDelete
  67. NCIS: NO has been known to jump very high in the demo in the past so I don't think it will happen but it would be awesome to see the naysayers respond to PoI retaining 100% of its lead-in.

    ReplyDelete
  68. I see both ways. but its not strong for a 9:00 slot

    ReplyDelete
  69. This one of those shows I don't want to be in danger. I just love it way too much.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Patrick Ausgewahlt11 March 2015 at 14:32

Too bad it usually drops from the top 25. A 2.0 would be great!

    ReplyDelete
  71. by the way, Showbuzzdaily is back up.

    ReplyDelete
  72. What I have noticed about CBS's 10 ratings from January onwards is that both NCIS LA and PoI are retaining more of their 9 PM lead-ins than in the fall. Is there any specific reason for this?

    ReplyDelete
  73. 10 pm shows are showing its true audience, and DST doesnt affect the 10pm hour.

    ReplyDelete
  74. DST didn't start until this week...but both of them have been doing better with regard to retention from the 9 PM show.

    ReplyDelete
  75. "...CBS can do better than “Person of Interest” in the Tuesday 10 p.m. hour next season." I'd wager that POI, if not cancelled, will be moving to either Friday or Sunday night next season.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Look at the top 25. FOTB is stable.

    ReplyDelete
  77. This was posted before Top 25

    ReplyDelete
  78. Castle was off thats why, tho I'm happy for NCIS LA.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Hey there. This was perhaps the weakest PoI all-season. Glad they gave a spotlight to Michael Emerson, but the writing was so-heavyhanded. And I guess no new episode for 2 weeks.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Hey!

Yeah, it was a terrible episode (by PoI standards). It fell way short of the previous 3 in execution, writing but most of all timing. This episode would have been better if they had placed it earlier in the season (after Guilty or swapping with another episode's slot such as Pretenders).

Did you check out the 'What did you think of' PoI's episode post yet? You should! Some interesting discussion happens there.

    ReplyDelete
  81. "Karma" was my favorite episode of POI so far this season because it harkened back to season 1. This series was originally a character-driven show, and it has deviated too far from the format that attracted viewers in the first place. It was refreshing to watch an episode that featured the fine acting of, and interaction between, ME and JC. I loved the flashbacks with Alicia Corwin and Finch in his wheelchair just after losing Nathan. No Shaw, Root, Samaritan, Greer, Control, Brotherhood...sheer pleasure for the "classic POI" fan!!

    ReplyDelete
  82. Still not working for me?

    ReplyDelete
  83. FOTB: 1.5
    RAM: 1.0
    SHIELD: 1.4

    ReplyDelete
  84. Ugly ratings all around.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Rough night all around except for NBC

    ReplyDelete
  86. Wow damn. Those are ridiculous declines from top25 markets. Terrible for all three. Where are you seeing it by the way?

    ReplyDelete
  87. NCIS-2.1
    NO-1.6
    PPOI-1.4

    ReplyDelete
  88. It's back? I still can't get in.

    ReplyDelete
  89. New Orleans number are just ugly

    ReplyDelete
  90. I can get in. It's a little late, but I can get in just fine.

    ReplyDelete
  91. These are very ugly!

    ReplyDelete
  92. Strange. Thanks anyway

    ReplyDelete
  93. CF half-hours-->2,3/1.9

    ReplyDelete
  94. Oh no! I thought FOTB would be even or up, but it completely plunged! I'm starting to get a little worried for SHIELD.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Well it looks like no one outside of T25 watches FOTB :(.

I can't believe it went this low. Poor show.

    ReplyDelete
  96. FOTB is still fine i guess

    ReplyDelete
  97. Is that a series low for NCIS?

    ReplyDelete
  98. Winners: The Voice, Chicago Fire

Losers: NCIS New Orleans, Repeat After Me, The Mindy Project

Horrible night for ABC and CBS.

    ReplyDelete
  99. It's really not, they don't need a fifth comedy and LMS is still doing ok for Friday. If it holds here or go lower, chances are it's gone. It's not like The Goldbergs last season, which was only renewed because it was the lesser of the worsts.

    ReplyDelete
  100. As for the declines, maybe finals will correct those somehow?

    ReplyDelete
  101. Oh, it has a good chance of adjusting up though.

    ReplyDelete
  102. All around bad night. And to think this is March, not May.

    ReplyDelete
  103. I hope so. I hope both FOTB and Shield are adjusted up. Would love those old school two tenths adjustments for Shield though I know it won't happen. These are very ugly numbers. But I think CBS (sans POI) actually did worse relatively speaking. New Orleans was a loser last night.

    ReplyDelete
  104. 1.4 for SHIELD? It's dead..... :(

    ReplyDelete
  105. HTGAWMRevengeOUAT11 March 2015 at 15:06

Oh no that is sad for FotB :(

    ReplyDelete
  106. With a season 1 episode I suppose?

    ReplyDelete
  107. Agents of Shield will be renewed.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Fortunately, FOTB won't air in May.

    ReplyDelete
  109. HTGAWMRevengeOUAT11 March 2015 at 15:07

It is not dead at all!

    ReplyDelete
  110. it's time for AOS to leave that 9:00 slot

    ReplyDelete
  111. No it's not.

    ReplyDelete
  112. With ratings like that? I think not... According to the Cancellation bear, it has to be above 1.6

    ReplyDelete
  113. The Cancellation Bear isn't God.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Series low for SHIELD,FOTB,NCIS,NCIONO,Mindy

    ReplyDelete
  115. I don't think the timeslot is so set anymore.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Unfortunatelt, we may only have five episodes left.

    ReplyDelete
  117. HTGAWMRevengeOUAT11 March 2015 at 15:08

Oh don't listen to what the cancellation bear says

    ReplyDelete
  118. Series low for shield ughh why!!

    ReplyDelete
  119. I don't think it will be canceled. It just probably won't anchor.

    ReplyDelete
  120. Yes, episode 20.

Although I think NCIS hit a 2.1 last year too.

    ReplyDelete
  121. At least NBC has The Voice, because they ruled last night. Not good for FOTB. Mindy Project is hanging by a thread. Yes a bad night for everyone but NBC

    ReplyDelete
  122. I just wonder why this sudden plumbing for FOTB.

    ReplyDelete
  123. The Cancellation Bear claimed the Millers was certain to be renewed.

    ReplyDelete
  124. I agree but people should expect budget cuts.

    ReplyDelete
  125. CRAP that AoS demo is too low. I know that DST messes with ratings, but still. Hopefully it adjusts up a little and bounces back next week. Goodness, that 1.4 hurts.

    ReplyDelete
  126. A repeat of Forever (0.8) gets almost the same ratings as an original episode (1.0)

    ReplyDelete
  127. Actually, is just one tenth off from Forever's series low.

    ReplyDelete
  128. ouch to PoI

    ReplyDelete
  129. Thanks! Some season 1 numbers are missing in the database so I thought I'd ask. Its season low last year was a 2.2 actually.

    ReplyDelete
  130. DST. And it probably over-achived in its first week against the voice too.

    ReplyDelete
  131. They don't know what they are talking about,.

    ReplyDelete
  132. ABC needs to revamp Tuesdays Next Season really bad

    ReplyDelete
  133. At least not a series low.

    ReplyDelete
  134. I was just about to comment. I really wish it had somewhat higher ratings, I don't think repeating decent could help it at all... Still their 10pm slot is better now than before?, they could try ordering 13 episodes?

    ReplyDelete
  135. What is funny is that NCIS hit its series high (a 4.8) on its *seventh* season.

    ReplyDelete
  136. HTGAWMRevengeOUAT11 March 2015 at 15:14

That is so weird though, isn't it?

    ReplyDelete
  137. HTGAWMRevengeOUAT11 March 2015 at 15:14

How long will DST Affect ratings?

    ReplyDelete
  138. Until October I think.

    ReplyDelete
  139. HTGAWMRevengeOUAT11 March 2015 at 15:15

Ohhh okay but it helps the 10pm slot, did i understand that correctly?

    ReplyDelete
  140. Jovana Vuckovic11 March 2015 at 15:15

AoS needs to rebound in the next weeks. This 1.4 makes me wanna cry. :/

    ReplyDelete
  141. The Cancellation Bear has been wrong a lot of times this year. The CW screwed most of its predictions.

    ReplyDelete
  142. It doesn't help the 10 p.m. slot

    The 10 p.m. slot just doesn't suffer.

    ReplyDelete
  143. I like your viewpoint. And others (including myself) will disagree with you. (I did not know there is a board where all people do is comment on last night's episode.) But you are right. Excellent interaction between the 2 men. It did go back to season 1. I suppose you know that "Alicia" currently has a major role in House of Cards season 3. She really is a fine actress. She plays a villain great. I really hope CBS renews. I think that, since the show goes into syndication in September, that may improve the ratings (if CBS renews the series).

    ReplyDelete
  144. Yep. That is the 1 thing I will take away. It along with Hell's Kitchen were the only non-NBC shows not to hit a series low last night.

    ReplyDelete
  145. It doesn't help it directly per se, but it is less hurt than the other slots, so in relative terms it ends up looking a bit better (provided it doesn't depend too much on the lead-ins before that collapse)

    ReplyDelete
  146. In relative terms it helps the 10pm slot.

    ReplyDelete
  147. HTGAWMRevengeOUAT11 March 2015 at 15:16

Well yeah i am sure it really does not help it

    ReplyDelete
  149. It could easily have hit 1.1/1.2 judging from the shows around it. Insanely relieved it didn't.

    ReplyDelete
  150. Correct; if it were earlier in the season, would have fit perfectly. Not now. I had no idea there is a board "What did you think of PoI last night?" Will check out.

    ReplyDelete
  151. That's because CBS actually bothered to show a repeat of it last week in its regular time slot. Last week was the first time all season they actually aired a repeat the week before a new episode was supposed to air. The only other Tuesday repeat in its timeslot happened when the next episode was supposed to air 2 weeks away (and they did not air the new episode promo after that repeat).

    ReplyDelete
  152. For starters, they need to put the current Tuesday shows on ANY day other than Tuesday. Going up against the juggernaut that is NCIS/NCIS New Orleans, is virtually a death sentence for any show.

That viewership for Shield is awfully low. I do not get that. All I hear is how great shield season 2 is. ashame it does not reflect in the ratings

    ReplyDelete
  154. NCIS twins went down because of basketball in some places. When POI began, the sports were over.

    ReplyDelete
  155. Probably, and that's what we call delusional.

    ReplyDelete
  156. Agreed. ABC's relationship with Marvel will renew it.

    ReplyDelete
  157. Bummer for the sophomore slump of AOS and SH.

    ReplyDelete
  158. 1.6 is a really low ratings for NCIS: LA. If I'm CBS, I'm concerned. If it's not The Voice bringing it down, they have a lot to work to do in order to rebound the ratings.

    ReplyDelete
  159. Thank God for that.

    ReplyDelete
  160. What's with the DST excuses for POI when other shows did fine despite having the same potential problems. Guess that string of good like in February was a fluke after all.

    ReplyDelete
  161. Daylight Savings Time tends to impact 10 PM less. So while it is something to consider, it's the 8 PM timeslots that get impacted the most.

    ReplyDelete
  162. Yawn. Did you see all the other shows that went down to series lows unlike PoI?

    ReplyDelete
  163. Aos & FOtB! Nooooo!

    ReplyDelete
  164. AoS:( last night's episode was brilliant, whyyyy ;_____;

    ReplyDelete
  165. I don't watch them so why would I mention them. My concern is what's in store for the future because they finished filming the finale or no?

    ReplyDelete
  166. What time you think they're gonna go to? i doubt they'll go to 8:00, i think they would drop even lower because of The Flash

    ReplyDelete
  167. Because everything today besides NBC and Hell's Kitchen went down to series lows or near series lows? It is an excuse however it is not an excuse that applies only to PoI but to the rest of the dramas and comedies last night as well.

    ReplyDelete
  168. all shows ajusted down... DST...

    ReplyDelete
  169. What time Slot will AoS go to if it moves? I can't see it going to 8, because if they do it will have to go up against The Flash. Going up against The Flash would only hurt it more, in my opinion.

    ReplyDelete
  170. Sunday 9pm

    ReplyDelete
  171. It's reflected in the L +7 which go up to a 2.9- 3.1.
So the question now becomes why is live viewing low and how can ABC get those individuals to watch live?
However, I think the question should be how does ABC or any other network make money off of people not watching live?
I really would love to see AOS's C3s ratings

    ReplyDelete
  172. I think that would hurt them even more, Going against The Walking Dead would most likely get AoS cancelled. I think a Thursday 8pm would be better

    ReplyDelete
  173. The only way CBS "could do better" as you say or even near quality wise would be if it were able to stick Game of Thrones in there instead of POI. There is no show with great merit on broadcast TV. If the ratings do not reflect that, it's because POI is not mindless enough for a sleepy Tuesday night audience who are too tired to think.

    ReplyDelete
  174. DST is dealt with for some shows twice a season. I mean we all can adjust to it since it falls during the early morning. I brought up the case for POI because those numbers come close to a new series low.

    ReplyDelete
  175. At least the prediction chart here includes other things besides else live ratings. I have this feeling that ABC may care more about DVR ratings then the other networks, given some of their past renewal choices. I definitely see them doing that with a show that can sell T-shirts. Maybe we all just need to take a deep breath and enjoy what were watching.

    ReplyDelete
  176. Yep exactly :) We try to factor in as many things as possible with our Cancellation/Renewal chart to help improve it's accuracy.

Yay Fire :D. Damn Shield please don't get cancelled. Wonder why people don't watch it :(

    ReplyDelete
  178. Excuse my ignorance, but what is that DST that everyone is blaming? (I'm not american)

    ReplyDelete
  179. Wait 3.4 for the Voice? but it's 3.6 on tvbn?

    ReplyDelete
  180. Putting their most male-skewing drama against football and The Walking Dead would be stupid.

    ReplyDelete
  181. No way it's moving to 8 on Thursday.

    ReplyDelete
  182. Bah, this season is too slow. I mean: I love PoI, I think it's a genial series, but I did not like particularly this season, excluding few episodes.

    ReplyDelete
  183. She's a HUGE loser! But not as much as you.
