  1. I was debating to myself whether to read it or not and then did and phew I'm glad it gives nothing away.

And show we all know they all live Harlan alive and set up that Dairy Queen franchise. Please!

I kind of feel that Raylan needs to die in the finale. I love the character but from a character and thematic point of view he can't leave Harlan alive. If I were a betting man, I'd venture that Ava will survive, and Raylan and Boyd will die.

  5. Its the only logical ending, we know Boyd and Ava talked about opening one back in S4 and Raylan loves ice-cream (well in the books he loves it more but he does have it on the show). plus the trailer for next week has Raylan eating ice-cream. I'm telling you its happening! (Really I am getting so sad at the thought of losing any of the core trio).

  6. In recent episodes I have wondered whether Raylan could indeed leave Harlan alive because he seems to have let go of his past, of his father and he is prepared to have a future with his family. He is in a better place now than he has been since the show started.

But the problem is, he can't let go of Boyd, and with Loretta now involved with the mess I think he is going to get reckless. He is already getting impatient and wanting the case against Boyd to just be finished already. I think Raylan will make a fateful mistake, he will have the chance to walk away and just let it go but his stubbornness and his desire to be rid of Boyd because Boyd represents all that Raylan could have been in different circumstances, that will be his downfall and probably Boyd's.

I hope Ava gets out though.

  7. We will both (an maybe other too) need some counseling once this show ends. Very slim chance of happy endings for all.

  8. I just want Boyd to get through this alive, he's been my ultimate favorite character for years now, so it'll be gut-wrenching to see him on the kitchen floor; dead! :(

  9. I think that either both Raylan and Boyd should make it out alive, or they should both die. Having one dead and the other alive just seems wrong. They having been playing up the two-sides of the same coin dynamic with Raylan and Boyd for years, they need each other.

  10. I predict that Boyd won't make it out alive, but Walton Goggins will sell the shit out of a death scene where he and Raylan come to some sort of cathartic understanding and it will be so, so sad. That's my best guess.

  11. I don't think I'll have the sense of dread with this finale as I did with SOA. Lol

I suspect this show will finish with a book end. Raylan, Boyd and Ava in a stare down over a fried chicken dinner.

  13. exactly, but one thing I do know, is that I don't want the typical good prevailing over evil crap, paralleling Raylan and Boyd, bc I feel that would be unjust, I think Raylan is just as evil as Boyd, he's been hiding behind his gun and badge for too long, he over stepped his boundaries too many times to count, and his man hunt with Boyd is just a childish rivalry by his part conceited behind a law, that I think if it were anyone other than Boyd, Raylan wouldn't have taken this long to pull the trigger, or just reassign his case to a coworker.

If justice needs to be done, then they both have to live, or die together.

  14. Surprised Michael Dinner isn't directing the finale.

  15. Yes she has returned to Lexington with their baby. Raylan with his daughter is so cute especially when brings her into the Marshals' office.

  16. ok good thanks, guess i'm gonna have to catch up.

  17. She only came to Lexington to get a second opinion with another doctor
regarding her daughter's health. She left at the end of Episode 7 but
not before taking a big step forward in patching things up with Raylan.

  18. Why the Bloody Battle?...why cant they just end it by letting them have a nice cozy Threesome in bed together, lol...☺...

  19. I wouldn't put it past the writers to have raylan kill boyd and then later on get taken out himself by that new Boone guy

  20. Well, right back where we started! I'm kind of worried that Raylan may not leave Harland alive. Boud is too smart to get caught and Raylan can't seem to bring himself to killing Boyd. I doubt if Boyd would find himself in the same situation as before with Raylan shooting him dead. There's been so many hints that Raylan may loose his life in this battle. I would love love love to see Ava and Raylan leave together.

  21. Who did Raylan shoot in the back of the head? Who did Raylan ever shoot that he didn't warn them first?
