    Love it didn't like Jamal doing his mom like that when she has his back he need tell his father go screw himself and to me I don't get why Jamal and Hakeem can't be a team they pretty good together can't believe the president hang up on Luscious

    Loved it. Lucious and Cookies Empire is awesome. Terrence and Taraji have chemistry that just sparks all over everyone. They are also formidable actors. I include the subtle and short scene's of Gabourey Sidibe and Terrence. I am enjoying the entire cast. I was not sure of the youngest son, but he won me over tonight. Good stuff.

    I don't think Hakeem is confident enough to be without Jamal. He steps outside of himself, when Jamal is with him. They are magic, together.

    That was a fantastic follow up to the pilot! This show is so freaking good so far.


    Jamal and Hakeem both really shine when they are on stage together! That "No Apologies" song was hands down my favorite performance of the night closely followed by Jamal's song about coming out. He, once again, poured his soul out and was filled with many emotions. I wouldn't mind seeing both of them be the head of Empire one Lucious is gone. They were both stars tonight.


    Cookie was such a badass tonight. I continue to love that she will always stand her ground and will not back down from a fight if she gets disrespected in any way. "You gonna Ray Rice me?" "I've faced bigger in prison with more talent, bitch!" My favorite line of the night right here from the snarky Cookie. Woah at her having a deal with the Feds and having to testify in front of a grand jury. What exactly does she need to testify about and how did she get a deal with the Feds? Poor Cookie. Can't wait to see this further develop because I'm so interested in this storyline. And that woman's name is Agent Carter! What a nice callback to her character on Person of Interest haha.


    I can't wait to see everyone find out that Lucious is the one that killed Bunkie all along. There is a going to be a rude awakening for all of these characters when they realize that Lucious is a lying murderer. It will surely be juicy.

    Cookie told Lucious she liked him better when he was a thug. Cookie you showed back up and the thug did too. Nobody knows it yet. Lol.

    Great second episode. It is just as stronger if not stronger than the pilot. I want to know more about Cookie and the FBI. Who did she turn in?


    Also, I like the call back to Person of Interest.

    Solid second episode, more development of the main characters (I think the family drama is really good so far) and of course great music.
