    As safe as Hannibal is, given its low cost and everything, I can't help but worry if this really is a good idea. It will have been a whole year since the second season finale and I'm really afraid people are gonna tune out and it's going to get cancelled. I don't think its ratings can afford to go any lower.

    And both will likely be on Friday. Aquarius is genre, but it probably would have more appeal than a Friday in the summer timeslot.

    Social media covering the TCAs seems to have that impression as NBC wants to extend the genre theme on that night.

    Summer programming. I could see Heroes at 9pm followed by Aquarius at 10pm, probably not Monday because of UTD but on either Tues, Wed or Thurs.

    Well, they haven't really started promoting Aquarius and Bryan Fuller's already said few months ago that late spring premiere is the best we can get, so for me there's no surprise.

    I wonder if Hannibal will somehow do better in the summer?? I wish it would of returned sooner, as I'm anxious to view it, but I'm glad we at least have a time set. Looking forward to Aquarius too--I want to see what it's going to look like, -and I missed Heroes the first time around, so maybe I will catch this one!

    I think them putting it in the Summer means they basically don't care about ratings, this is the best thing for the show. They can have low ratings, outside of primetime schedule and since NBC gets the show dirt cheap and also has a piece of the international pie, nobody loses.

    Monday: Ninja Warrior/Heroes or Heroes/Ninja Warrior
    Tuesday: AGT/Aquarius
    Friday: Dateline/Hannibal


    or


    Tuesday: AGT/Heroes
    Wednesday: Whatever/AGT/Aquarius, but I don't think AGT has 13 Wednesday originals.

    The first season of Heroes was good and some of season 2 but after that it started to become ridiculous. In a way i'm happy Hannibal will be shown during the summer.It gives me a chance to catch up and gives me another show to watch during summer hiatus..
