The Vampire Diaries - The World Has Turned and Left Me Here - Review

2 Nov 2014

Okay, so the title of this episode could have easily been "Really, Tyler?!" but we'll get to that in a bit.  While the somewhat newly relevant former werewolf grappled with a violent incident that could have tossed him right back to his wolfy persona, Elena opted out of remembering her passion for Damon so she could keep flirting with Liam at a "fun" corn maze party.  In all fairness, it did sound fun at first...aside from the avoidance of her true feelings and all.  And Stefan continued to conduct his own manner of avoidance, mainly by evading responsibility for Ivy's vampiric state and foisting her upon a frustrated Caroline.  But by the end of the episode, I honestly could have hugged Stefan myself.  Bonnie made a major sacrifice, Damon slurped some Zima, and Kai revealed a little more about his conundrum.  Meanwhile, Alaric and Jo's burgeoning romance hit a few speed bumps before mysteriously recovering.  Let's review and discuss!

I'm not sure it works that way, Elena.  Happy-go-lucky Elena wants to keep riding that college girl, flirty, party-hopping high, so she's eager to take her own past self's advice and forget that whole romance with Damon.  Congratulations, Liam, you're the lucky recipient of Elena's sassy one-liners and smooches, but how much longer can you really remain clueless of Elena's true nature while she's relying more on vamp skillz than medical ones to save people on the brink of death?  I did enjoy Alaric using his historical ghost lecture to vaguely (to everyone except Elena) mention Damon's love for his brother's girl, especially since I suspect it had more to do with not letting Elena forget Damon than joking about his dead bestie's life choices.
What really irks me about Elena's continued decision to not remember loving Damon is how she's about to see him again, and that's going to be awkward and weird with her missing memories and having to explain to him why she is this way.  Her taking up with Liam right at this juncture just adds insult to injury, but then again, it will probably make for some good drama.  I just hope this memory-loss plotline doesn't get dragged out too much longer.

Everyone's favorite occult professor.  I avidly look forward to Alaric's parts of the episode because he was so missed from the show, and having him back is such a treat.  This week, fresh off of smacking some verbal sense into Jeremy, Ric was onto confronting Stefan about trying to forget Damon, which is particularly offensive to Alaric given that Damon was his best friend (be still my Damon/Alaric bromance loving heart when Ric said that!).  Even though it's getting a little repetitive to have Stefan called out for his attempts to move on by various characters, this time it rang especially apt and badass...although Alaric might be a bit guilty/hypocritical after taking Elena's memories away and helping her to forget Damon.

Later, after abandoning a perfectly good plan to drink 'n grade, Alaric went to the corn maze party and was promptly set up with Jo thanks to Elena's well-laid plans.  I basically want to like Jo more than I've been able to yet, but that's probably because this new relationship is going so fast that we've hardly had a chance to get to know Jo or see the development of true feelings with her and Ric.  Le sigh, this issue continued near the end of the episode, with Jo declaring that she feels she was meant to meet Alaric and giving a speech about all of his amazing qualities, only for Ric to reciprocate by listing her own attributes back and declaring that he'd love to emotionally invest in her concept of destiny, if he didn't have so many problems right now.  Um, you guys just met a few episodes ago, but otherwise it's pretty cute.  Most interestingly, Jo was unfazed by Alaric's attempt to compel her to dislike him, and instead planted one on him, revealing that she has common sense as well as either vervain or supernatural abilities.  Or, I've also seen some theories online that Alaric's power to compel might be running out after what he did for Elena...is that even possible?  Shouldn't his quasi-Original powers be too strong for that?

Oh, Ty Ty.  Ugh.  I generally think that Season 6 is improving Tyler's character, but it was hard to get past the frustration of seeing him read a text while driving, not only for his lack of basic common sense, but also since he knows that anyone he kills will activate his werewolf curse.  Wouldn't one be extra vigilant about avoiding something they should already not be doing?  Anyway, I guess we always knew Tyler wasn't the brightest bulb on the tree, so it's somewhat believable, if disappointing, that his attention lapse led him to hit the dude recently bitten by Ivy. This accident then led Tyler to crash right through the corn maze party, leaving victims all around.  While the incident that set off the violent domino effect was irritating, it was a strong twist to have a disaster like this occur as Tyler panicked over potentially becoming a werewolf again, Liv rushed to help, and Elena (with Liam) tried to help those injured.  Liv's move to smother Tyler's victim so that he technically wouldn't be the killer was intense and furthered the growing bond between the two characters, as did the quietly poignant hand-holding scene between them near the end of the episode.
Stefan and Ivy and Caroline and Drama Even though the Ivy plotline is not exactly original, it is fun, and Ivy's comments are kind of hilarious as well.  Providing Stefan and Caroline with another opportunity to argue (and build that inevitable Steroline angst), Ivy skipped out on Caroline and tried to strike out on her own, only to discover that she has no idea how to compel or control her appetite. Unfortunately, Ivy happened to run into Tripp before Caroline could get back to her, setting up yet more conflict between the scoobies and the local vampire hunter.  Stefan admitted that he was about to leave town when Caroline let him know of Ivy's escape, which definitely revealed a whole new level of his refusal to deal with the very real problems he left behind in Mystic Falls and its nearby environs.  However, we were finally treated to Stefan letting his emotional walls come down at the end of the hour, which was nicely rewarded by Damon's return.  Speaking of which...

Homeward bound: Still remaining as close-lipped as possible about the details, Kai led Damon and Bonnie to create the correct circumstances for the spell they needed in the woods.  However, after ascertaining that they didn't need Kai to get back, since the spell most importantly required a Bennett witch (that crafty Grams!  How did she know about this place?), Bonnie swiftly turned Kai into a "douchekabob."  Shortly thereafter, Bon Bon was right on the verge of successfully transporting herself and Damon home when they were rudely interrupted in the midst of some sweet bonding (there are no longer about a billion other people Bonnie would rather be with) by a still-alive Kai.  Turns out that he can't exactly be killed in the land o' 1994, inconveniently enough. The good news is that since Kai can't die, it's likely that Bonnie can't either, so while she couldn't get it together fast enough to leave with Damon, she should still be intact the next time we see her.  The question is, after her sacrifice to send him home, will Damon be able to help Bonnie from the land of the living, or will she have to use her cunning and witchy skills to escape herself?

Damon's return happened to coincide with Stefan's would-be soliloquy to his supposedly dead brother in the family crypt.  Finally, Stefan let his emotions flow and explained aloud his painful struggle to recover from Damon's loss.  But as he tossed a bottle of bourbon woefully, it was caught by none other than Damon himself, and thus commenced one of the best scenes between the Salvatore brothers so far.  Their happiness and relief at being reunited was touching, as was their hug.  After Stefan had been repressing so much of his true feelings of late, it was so great to see him just let it out, and then have the source of that pain taken away all in one fell swoop.

  1. The theory by people on line saying "Alaric can't compel anymore b/c of Elena" is stupid. It's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I saw so much of that this week, i couldn't stand it. There's obviously something up with Jo, not Alaric. We all know they'll be some type of consequence with Elena and her lack of memory, but it has nothing to do with Alaric's compulsion. He's a freaking vampire, they don't "lose compulsion skills" (rolls eyes)

Really don't care about Liv and Ty. As Tyler READ a text (not actually texted), i said "really?" too, b/c he went through the entire maze. I just laughed thinking that was a real cheap shot. But in all fairness that guy was half dead already given what Ivy did to him. If Tyler hadn't hit him and Liv didn't suffocate him, Ivy most likely would've tracked him down and finished the job as her hunger grew every other second. Speaking of Ivy, funny, yet annoying, i'm over her as much as Stefan is, i don't see her staying around til episode 10. She could be gone by episode 8 (or less). Did like her line of, "You turned me into something that looks like i came out straight out of Buffy the Vampire Slayer." Hahaha, that was funny.

Stefan and Caroline, their scenes should've had more. But of the episode, my favorite scene was their last. (you'd think it'd be the towel scene since i been looking forward to it for two weeks, but Ivy and Stefan's "I need a favor" really screwed that up for me) There was just something about the way Stefan said, "and that's not how somebody moves forward Caroline" that really got me. Idk what it was, but that whole thing was an intense Steroline moment, and i love those moments when they argue, (as well as the sweet ones). What i loved MOST about it is that Stefan was so upset about arguing with Caroline and her "just go" comment that he got a bottle, and finally went to express his repressed feelings for Damon. Thus, of course which brought us to the nice/sweet Defan reunion.

Tripp needs to go, I'm so tired of him. But i do look forward to Enzo and Ivy meeting after their last encounter, that should be interesting. I stick to my theory about Bonnie, the day restarts, the device is back together, she can use it to try again, and this time Bonnie, try and axe Kai, CLOSER to the eclipse time, so that way he'll be knocked out during, and you won't be interrupted trying to go home. You go home, and Kai's stuck, not knowing the spell, never to leave just like you wanted. It's a win win. (but we know she won't think of that).

Damon home, he'll have a long nice reunion with Stefan and Alaric, (which he deserves) and a disasterous one with Elena (that i'm fuming about) then he'll try and get Bonnnie out with all the writers little context clues hinting she's still alive. But either way, the "Save Bonnie" mission, would take long even if Damon didn't think she was dead (after he left). One he has no idea how TF to get back to 1994, two it sounds like the Gemini coven would need to be envolved, and Liv and Luke would be mixed in there somewhere, i also HIGHLY doubt they have the power, or that the coven would be so open to the idea. I mean unless they had a connection to Grams, i really don't see them helping so easily. There's going to be some type of conflict and a huge HELL NO, given that they most likely know Kai is there. I won't except Bonnie to come back til episode 10, if that, but yeah that would probably be the mid finale cliffhanger. But she won't come back any sooner than that.

Thanks for sharing all these great points, and yes, Tyler was reading a text, not typing on his phone. I'm also super-frustrated about the Delena situation, but I'm hoping somehow the writers make it all work out in some kind of satisfying way.

  3. By now,it has been clear as daylight that jo is kai's sister whom he spared with one less spleen!I'm pretty sure by mid-season finale,we will be witnessing the gemini coven as the mythological arc which somehow connects the wonder twins. The leader would be kai's father-Mr.parish.I just hope bonnie finds some way out of that hellhole & soon!

Ooh, Jo being Kai's sister would be an interesting twist! Yes, I really hope Bonnie gets out soon :)

  5. Ha! I'm not betting on it. Not anytime soon, they're going to milk this. Smh bastards.

  6. the family of kai comes from a different bloodline of witches, maybe even more powerful than the ordinary witches-that's the only explanation of her not being compelled by an original.Jodi also said her back story will be revealed and it is related to her family tradegy,a.k.a-mass homicide by kai.

  7. Nice theory on Kai and Jo. We'll see. Would explain why she wanted to be a doctor. Again, calling it episode 10 for Bonnie's release. Personally, idc if she stays there too much longer, w/o Damon there, i can enjoy the "Bonnie and Kai" show.

  8. we know that kai gets out in episode 8,so bonnie should follow soon enough!

  9. well i didn't know that, smh thanks for the spoiler.

  11. Nope. But i'll try to erase it from my memory. I'll pull an Elena. sigh.

LOL! You're right, my semi-optimism is probably ill-advised!

  13. That brother scene was the best scene on Vampire Diaries since I can't remember when. It's been too long. I've really been enjoying the Bonnie and Damon scenes, but the Stefan and Damon scene was pure emotion. Adding to it the music, and I could watch that scene over and over.

I agree, absolutely loved that scene :)

  15. Seriously? On a spoiler site avoiding spoilers?

  16. Dude, that's totally my theory. Jo being Kai's sister. In fact, I'll be disappointed if she isn't and be like 'writers, my/our idea is better.'

But I didn't know when Kai would be getting out! Where did you learn that? Could you link me or something, please? Thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Wow, didn't think about it but that's a cool theory on Jo being Kai's sister.

  18. Thanks for pointing it out! Caroline's reaction really got Stefan and had him got down his walls and mourn his loss, He must have really care about her and what she thinks of him.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Oh he definitely does, there's been plenty of examples of it before. (for ex. memory loss Stefan turned around once she gave him that speech on "you are not this person." and when he killed Enzo and said "i didn't want you to think any less of me.") But this one really confirmed it, his actions spoke volumes. Now it's time for him to get his head out of his ass, and try to apologize to her, b/c at this point (even though it breaks my steroline heart to say so) she's done with his crap. That last thing he did (dropping Ivy on her and leaving) was the icing on the cake for her. They'll have some issues for a bit, b/c idt Caroline will be as forgiving as she was when he walked into her dorm room. It'll be great angst. LOL..I just hope they get back on good terms before the mid season finale.

  20. Yes seriously. Been doing it for years. There's more on this site than major spoilers. And i do tend to avoid them. The regular fans on this site know how i am, and don't have an issue about my logic on the matter, nor do they ask, they just respect it, which i appreciate.

  21. Love this review, I've thought a lot of similar things.
-I too am not sure about Jo yet, shws too new to have strong feelings for yet
-the alaric scene with stefan was right on in my opinion, alaric said all the right things - except I said the same on another site, I found it a big hypocritical...what he did to elena, but he also wasn't spending time looking for damon by foot either
-stefan was magical, it's about time he reached rock bottom and showed emotion, and that scene still gives me gitters it was such an important step for the brothers
-I too want the elena compelled storyline to end soon (and I'm pretty sure if will) in my opinin shes just half a person right now with her memories like this, shes going to have to become hole again and get her relationship back on track...Liam is just a distracted

    Overall a great episode

  22. I can't remember the link at this very moment but i do remember reading this-MAJOR SPOILER AHEAD,READ AT YOUR OWN RISK-

In Episode 8,kai finds a way out of that alternate dimension and lands at mystic falls somehow to wreck havoc(caroline dries confirmed this latter part). In this episode kai's father will also appear.most probably in a backstory flashback and we will get to know why kai was imprisoned on that very day-may 10,1994 and why did he murder his own family baring his sister. His father is the lead of the gemini coven,50 year old very powerful witch, named Mr.Parish.Somehow this coven is related to liv & luke too.Basically,by episode 9,all of the mystery regarding kai will be cleared.Another tidbit-enzo will know about sarah being a salvatore before the brothers know about it & he will use this info to his advantage-No surprise here.Hope this helps.

  23. I'm still waiting the awkward arm brushes and looks that Paul mentioned lol I liked the towel scene a lot because Stefan's desperate attemt to learn what she thinks about him walking away that night "I don't know you tell me" lol at Stefan and I loved it when they both shouted "SHUT UP". It's like Caroline is so perfect in Stefan's eyes that she's rubbing off on him. First "about the dinner party from hell" then "telling about Damon to Elena" which Elena expected it from Caroline then now this "shut up" together. I guess it's the outcome of spending so much time together. They spent a whole lot more time together than what we saw on the screen.

I hope Stefan tries to make up for his mistakes but I'm sure if he does something sweet Caroline would forgive him in a blink not because he's Stefan but because she's Caroline lol Or even though she does not forgive him, we'd her enjoying Stefan's attempts.

Thanks! I think I agree with all of your views, especially about the Elena plot line; she does seem like she's "half a person" or just not herself at all having cut such a huge part of her memories away. Liam is indeed annoying...he's just in the way, lol!

    ReplyDelete
  26. Well they haven't seen each other in 4 months, so their "alike personalities" are based off when they would spend time together. That always happens with besties, they always rub off on each other. I enjoy when we see it, this episode wasn't the first time we've seen it. I for one loved when they wore their matching coats together last season. lol I could just see Caroline dragging him to the mall, and saying "oh they have a guy's one too, and Look! there's a deal. Buy one, second one, half off. C'mon Stefan pleaseee?"
But yeah i did enjoy when they both told Ivy to shut up. (which i was so glad they did). It's good to know that after 4 months apart, they still act and talk alike, they're still in sync. It's even funnier that they can't see it. lol

I really don't see Caroline forgiving Stefan so quickly. If she stayed mad at him for 2 or 3 episodes, i could totally understand that. As for her "enjoying his attempts" I don't see it that way. I mean not like she enjoys him begging or however he'll win her back. But i mean she'll appreciate it, that's if she lets her anger down long enough to see that he's fighting for her.

ummm....awkard arm brushes and looks from Stefan??? Idt i heard about that...let's talk about that?? lol seriously??

  27. Tyler was texting while driving and caused all that suffering. He should be arrested for at least reckless driving if not manslaughter (since that guy did die). So unless that happens I really don't care about what they do with Tyler this season because something like that needs to have consequences - esp. now that he's not a vampire and can't just compel his problems away.

I think Caroline/Ivy had a lot of potential. We saw how much Caroline felt bad for Tyler in Season 2 and she helped him out because she felt bad for him (they weren't friends but she was really empathic towards him becoming a werewolf). I'd like to see Caroline demonstrate those qualities towards a female character for a change - Ivy is a good chance for Caroline to make a female friend and Caroline knows how it feels to be in her place - knowing nothing about the supernatural world and then waking up a vampire and being really confused about it. Stefan dumped Ivy because he couldn't deal, just as Matt dumped Caroline when he found out about her being a vampire. They have stuff if common and I'd like to see Caroline bond with a female character (she really has drifted apart from Elena & Bonnie and I haven't seen much of a friendship there the past couple seasons).

    ReplyDelete
  28. Yes, also did you notice that she had more than one coats one was blue and one was red lol She wore the blue, Stefan's favourite colour when they cuddled in the car.

I can imagine that scene! Do you remember that one time when Klaus-Stefan and Rebekah went to shopping together? They should write something like this with Stef and Care. They are really wasting opportunities with this two. It would be a lot more different and fun with Stefan in love with Caroline.

What I mean by "enjoying" is that did you notice how she said "okay" after Stefan said "I don't know you tell me" It's that kind of enjoying moments, not like taking pleasure of it or anything like that. If you'd ask me I don't think Stefan would think about apologizing her in the upcoming one or two episodes or making up for his mistakes because his brother just returned I don't think Stefan would have time to deal with his personal problems yet.

Paul said it in TVD Vegas Con I guess he said something like

"some shy flirtatious awkward arm brushes and looks" I don't know maybe he was joking, i'm still waiting for these arm brushes lol

  29. Seems like our cries were heard from the first half of season 5 because so far season 6 has been very reminiscent of old school Vampire Diaries. Damon and Bonnies relationship/chemistry has always been one of my favorite pairings on the show. I knew that only one of them was going to make it back (for now) I can't wait to see Damon fight to get her back. I am so glad that Alaric is back. one of the things that last season was really lacking was the "adult supervision" aspect of the show. Alaric has always been the voice of reason and guidance for all these teens turned vampires. I was so glad when he lit into Stefan. while I agree that everyone grieves in their own way, Stefan has been acting like a grade A asshat. Dumping his ex-girlfriend turned vampire on his friend that he refuses to talk to's doorstep leaving her to be Carolines problem was supremely douchey. (Speaking of which Ivy was annoying and really Caroline? you fell for that? as soon as she turned her back I knew she was going to snap her neck and run) I've been over Elena for a while so I really don't care about anything she said or did in this episode, i'm more interested to see what the reunion with Damon will be like. i'm betting that either she or Damon won't let Alaric give her her memories back and we get to endure another season of Delena sexual tension. REALLY TYLER? you just mowed down a guy (and about 50 other people) because you were texting and driving and all you can think about is your curse being triggered? yeah, still wish Klaus had killed you in the bayou. Either Jo is supernatural or on vervain. If Alaric is "losing his compulsion abilities" i'm calling shenanigans and may have to tap out on Mystic Falls all together. Lastly, by far one of the best scenes of the series to date was the Salvatore brothers reunion. a few seasons ago Stefan said that the reason he made Damon turn was because he needed his brother. The crypt speech and hug drove that point home. The show is at it's best when the Brothers Salvatore are together. That bro hug gave me chills.

  30. I'm with on the Gemini coven. They are not going to be so forth coming on helping getting Bonnie back, especially since they banished Kai there as punishment for mass murder. But I don't think that Damon is going to give up on Bon Bon so easily. Whether they like it or not, they bonded and became close. What I don't get is why Bonnie and Damon didn't take Kai with them and then kill him on our side....

    ReplyDelete
  31. Yup, I did notice. They were stylin. Lol so cute. And of course I remember that scene. But yessssss with Steroline it would be so much more fun, and Stefan wouldn't be lying when she tries on a dress. ; ) Ohhhh ok I see what you mean now, and idk if he'll apologize right away, but he's sure as hell gonna try. Or better try. I mean he already blew up her phone trying to apologize to her the first time (I hate that they left that on screen) and that was the next day. So I can't imagine what he'd do this time. GAH! So exciting. Lmao

I didn't see that con. Got a link? I'll tell if he was joking or not. Earlier when you told me that. I looked up all his recent interviews. LOL but nothing on that quote so he might've been joking? But iI need to see it myself.

At the time I searched but couldn't fine any video of it, we just know he mentioned it, this was after they shot ep 8(or during) I guess.
Btw did you notice we are into episode 5 and Stefan and Caroline didn't touch each other yet. So it makes me even more curious lol

    ReplyDelete
  33. Thank you..yeah as I was scrounging through his recent articles, I realized that he was only talking up to episode 8 (and hadn't read any further) so that means that when they start to reconcile it'll be after that. Which is fine, I couldd watch 3 more episodes of sexual tension, HA!! But seriously I'm thinking somewhere between ep. 10 And 13 she may spill the beans to him about her feelings, anything longer than 13 i'm going to get impatient. We only have 22 episodes!! They need to get cracking!!

Of course!! But i don't mind the looks. They speak louder than touch. (Or lack thereof) ; )

    ReplyDelete
  34. Oh I need touches! But you know if this tension grows up more in the upcoming episodes instead of Stefan's apologizing attempts, there might be a crack moment for Caroline and she can kiss him in an instant. What a shock that might be for Stefan lol
And I really am curios about something else too.
Stefan mostly is a mystery this season. You mentioned him promising apologizes on the phone. After he found out about her friendship status with Enzo and she stopped him from killing Enzo, did you see how angry he was and how different his behavior was compared to his behavior whole. I felt like he doesn't like thinking or seeing her with Enzo. So I was thinking all this mess and cold attitude of him somehow connected to her coming with Enzo that night. It would be interesting if that was the case.

    ReplyDelete
  35. You know what's funny? This past week i've been daydreaming about Steroline's first kiss, and every time it's Caroline going in for it, but Stefan is kissing her back, he's not backing away or feeling uncomfortable, he's totally into it. Or i have it like, he's staring at her intensely and she's looking up at him with her puppy dog eyes, and her face says, "oh shit this is happening" and he's inching towards her, and her him, and they get interrupted and both vamp to opposite sides of the room, and whoever comes in is all, "what's up?" and they both look at each other across the room and say at the same time, "nothing." LOL My daydream is like both of those every single time. (there's more but then this comment would be a novel haha)

I definitely think Caroline being around Enzo bothers him. But it's not the cause of a jealousy thing. Men are territorial by nature, no man likes to share his woman, whether they're romantic or plantonic, they're very "protective" or "She's mine/my responsiblity" so yeah Stefan is uncomfortable, very much so, especially since what Enzo did to him (pre Ivy). But Stefan didn't feel comfortable with Enzo being around Caroline to begin with("I don't trust him." "While you were out flirting with yet another British guy." "I know you two had that all flirty thing going on.") so this, them now, Stefan's emotions are all over the place. So yeah his dislike for Enzo may be rubbing off on Caroline. But mostly i think it's Stefan's anger towards Caroline about Enzo. More of a "how could you replace me with this tool?" "You say i'm delirious but you two are constantly in my face." "Why didn't you let me kill him Caroline?" lol you know?

    ReplyDelete
  36. Oh btw, i read the link. He meant it, it's just going to take time. The timing is way off right now, so when it's right, then we'll start to get it. WHEN? no freaking clue.

  37. Can you just share some of those dreams so I can see them too? I just imagined it and it's just perfect. Now I want it! Why did you do this to me? I was okay with just waiting the "arm brushes" lol But you just took it to a completely different level.

I didn't mean jealousy in a romantic way either, at least for now lol
But I don't like how Caroline is spending time with Enzo, it's unfortunately OOC and make her seem like hypocrite. I hope they don't force this too much. Personally I didn't like Enzo since they introduced the character but atm I really can't stand him.

  38. Haha Hahahaha sorry!!! My bad!!! I wrote a very good Olicity fanfiction if you want to read that? I may do one for Steroline, idk yet. And I'm totally with you on this Enzo Caroline thing I HATED it last season when he came on, and it pissed me off even more when they announced he was becoming a regular for this season. I was saying oh god no!!! For me he's tolerable. It switches for me all the time, like when he first came on iI liked him. The very first time, shortly after iI quickly started disliking him. And it stuck. Smh

  40. Ok. No prob. But if you change your mind and want to read my imagination, let me know. If I write a Steroline one I'll let you know. (Btw my FANFICTION are very realistic and I stay in character)

  41. What platform are you writing on? Even if I don't read it, I might suggest if someone asks where they can find fanfics about olicity. I'm not exactly a fan of Arrow and I can't say I ship olicity but I like it, that's good icing on a cake;)

  42. Oh that's nice of you, thank you. Well at least you "like it" and don't hate it. Lol (even better in my book) I'm on Wattpad.com and my book is called All Things Come To Those Who Ache.

  43. Thank you <3 That was very helpful. And in the meantime I looked at the synopsis for episode 8 and remembered this:

Meanwhile, dinner takes a drastic turn when Jo, who has revealed some painful details about her past, finds herself fighting for her life, leaving Alaric scrambling to help from a distance.

I'm guessing Kai is back in town and threatening his sister, Dr. Spleen-less.
