Yep. Same with the 2 Grumpy Cat books, the toys and the coffee drink line...

  4. Why is this a thing? And why did Aubrey Plaza sign up for it?

  5. Let that poor cat have a normal life...

  9. Sounds stupid but um...it's Aubrey Plaza. I'm definitely watching it, not even up for debate.

They're probably expecting it to be a best seller like the Grumpy Cat merchandise so they threw a large amount of money at her. The first Grumpy Cat book topped numerous bestseller lists for some reason and the first lot of the coffee drinks apparently sold out on preorders alone.

I believe theirs an animated TV show in production too, it's supposed to be 'Garfield-like'.

  11. They were supposed to be in a TV show too, if you didn't hear. Thank god that didn't happen.

'Grumpy Cat by Grumpy Cat' is the first one.
'The Grumpy Guide to Life' is the second one.

I believe they actually were recurring in a TV show. Nickelodeons Sam & Cat before it was canned.

I believe WB was involved in the film (distribution I believe) so it probably was authorized...for some reason...

  22. I kinda hate earth right now.
I get the joke behind Sharknado, I don't get that one though

  23. I'd rather have my eyes taped wide open and have to watch Sharknado over and over than be subjected to those rugrats!

They were trying to make a girl power movie and failed miserably.

  25. they are both equally awful ideas. im surprised sharknado had a sequel. but SyFy has always released those kinds of rediculous movies and they dont do very good, just enough to get their money back and pay the actors.

  26. Ok, then I refrase: Let that rich cat have a normal life...

  27. oh well, that was a genuine attempt at something? Well that's just sad.
At least Sharknado is ment to be what it is.
