  1. This is exactly why I did not watch the first episode. Everyone knows Eric is not dead, but I have still yet to see him in any promotional stuff. It's been all this Bill and Sookie stuff. I'm not tuning in until the third episode and that's only to see Pam and Eric together.

  2. This season's poster along with this promo leads me to think Sookie will see a vampire and a human who is close to her die. In the poster, she is crying a vampire tear followed by a human tear. The question is who else in going to die? We see a glimpse of Sookie holding someone, begging them not to die. It looks to me like it's Bill she is holding, but I don't think he will die. I have a bad feeling about Alcide though. Whomever Sookie is crying over, it's clearly someone she loves.

I can quickly summarize it for you: Bad stuff happens. The town blames Sookie. You're now caught up.

  4. I swear to god i have 5 characters i'd like to see dead before this series is over. The rest to survive of course. And one person returning before or by episode 6 latest. You all know who that is.

  5. Plus for some reason Sookie accepts the blame

  6. It's either Jason or Bill!

  7. Looks really good. Sookie's conversation with Jason about not wanting to be with someone you don't love makes me nervous. I'm not a fan of her relationship with Alcide, and it doesn't seem right to put her back together with Bill. I hope she ends up with Eric.

  8. Yeah I agree that Alcide and her will be thru and i dont want to see Sookie with Bill again period ...I prefer her with Eric but I dont believe the writers want that to happen.

  9. HA!!! Are you kidding??? Oh thanks for reminding me, she's the 6TH person I want dead before this series is over.

  10. I think at some point she'll lose all of her power, and she'll either go on to live a normal life or become a vampire due to uncontrollable circumstances..

  11. I hope she doesn't end up with Sam like the books that was bad enough..if she doesn't become a vampire and end up with Eric then being alone would be okay by me.

  12. I think its a given it will be bill

  13. Fuck Eric. I hate him, always have

  14. I;m thinking its Bill gets infected

  15. She should. She didn't listen to anyone about Bill from the start, even though it technically is Bill and Sophie Anne's fault.

  16. I don't know, I could still see him finally sacrifice himself for her...

  17. They're being coy, but I think by the tail-end of next episode we should know what happened or see him.

  18. Eric is the best character on the show by far he stays interesting every season compared to the rest!

  19. To me he is just a despicable character. He always has something up his sleeve

  20. I will always watch True Blood, even when it makes me want to rip out my hair. Quick question, the finger that...shall we say caresses Sookie's cheek, is that an Eric finger? Because I feel like it's an Eric move? lol.

  21. Bill is the despicable character to me always has an agenda that benefits him regardless of what happens to anyone else

    ReplyDelete
  22. I think it's more that he just didn't handle things right from the beginning, but I do think despite his initial agenda, Bill did, and maybe still does love Sookie. I think when she disappeared at the end of season, he just let himself believe she was dead so he could move onto whatever else was in his life, but this all comes to head, because he's forced into dealing with the authority, sangunista movements, and being tempted and manipulated by Lilith, which I think we're not necessarily done with the prophecy aspect of the that story line, despite that Lilith and Warlow have disappeared...I also think Sookie's to blame too for their falling out. She over reacts and wants to go back to having a normal life, even though the truth is, given she's a fae, unless she finally looses her light, can never be completely normal or in any kind of normal relationship, which I'm not sure if her ideal of normalcy, even exists....

I'm not saying I necessarily want Sookie and Bill to end up together, but I do think that the final season will be about atonement for some characters like Bill and Jessica. They had Bill flash back to his humanity again for a reason and given some lines in the promos, it appears, as Bill says, that he owes Sookie everything and I think he should be given the chance to do that regardless what happens to him...

  23. sp this season Pam is going to be looking for Eryk...all season? "I cant give up, not now, not ever", so over the top...

Yes, also because that steamy rumor about 2 hot eterosexual main characters engaged in a strong all sex-scene, is about to happen in ep 2. It should involve at 90% Eric and Jason.

At least Eric is the only character on TB who got a real 'character development' (unlike Sookie and all the crazy stuff about Bill).

  26. I'm pretty sure if that happens it will be a dream sequence becuase...

Eric is said to have a French speaking love interest named Sylvie
I suspect that it's a call back to Evetta and Sophie Anne...

    Good observation ...

  28. Do you want to know if that's true or not (do you want to be spoiled)?????

  29. I was soooo pissed about that!!! I was screaming, Jason pull the F**king trigger!!! End this bitch!!! Ugh!! If she survives during this season, i swear for the life of me, i won't get it.

  30. I understand why it's Bill's fault (destroying the True Blood factories, giving Burrel(?) the chance to put Hep V in TB) but what's Sophie Anne's part?

Didn't she die at the beginning of season 4, before the writers started that "Lilith, authority, vampire vs. human, hep v"-mess?!

    ReplyDelete
  31. I was referring to the beginning of the series, as the towns people weren't just blaming Sookie for the Hep-V vamps, but for ALL supernatural phenomenon that happened over the course of the series,,,

You see Bill came back to Bon Temps to procure and get information about Sookie for his Queen Sophie Anne Lequerc, which is actually coming from Sookie's cousin Hadley who told the Queen about Sookie's telepathic abilities.. .
Bill allowed the Rattrays to beat Sookie up, so that she would be forced to drink his blood. Sookie doesn't know this for nearly 3 seasons, as Bill tried to keep it a secret, and because she can't hear Bill's they dated. Vampire Franklin Motts finds that Bill had been keeping a file on Sookie and informs his employer (The Vampire King of Mississippi) Russel Edgington, whom eventually informs Sookie. After almost accidentally draining Sookie from being unconscience and by Eric and Bill using Sookie to try and kill Russell edgington, and by Eric telling Sookie about the Rattrays, Sookie and Bill part ways and have not been in a relations since the end of the season three.

It's Bill's bad decisions to lie to her that have caused unnecessary anguish and have brought some of the havoc on Bon Temps...
