That was madness incarnate. The writers have really stepped it up about 100 notches this season. That scene with Kiera and Garza in the stairwell, and pretty much the next 10 minutes after was so much yes!, it made me stand up, as in literally I couldn't sit down any longer and pretty much stood for the rest of the episode. Kiera the Freelancer, and Garza a potential future ally. Man what a season this will be. And that last scene! Wow.
YES! It's official Continuum is back viewers/fandom.This episode was "Bold and Daring" with the premiere story direction (no spoilers)! Can't wait until next Sunday's episode. 4 A LIBER8ED TIMELINE, I remain Nobody!!!
Its amazing how all of these characters with conflicting views all manage to be likable. But whatever happens, I'm really rooting for Alec. This was a great episode for him.
At the end of season 2 I was really nervous about how they could get back on track in season 3, but OMGWTFBBQ? They started off both feet on the ground running. It was awesome seeing Emily back on the screen again (even though I knew she was returning, still glad to see it) and 2 Alecs right now...I bet that will play out for a bit. Also, the Kiera & Garza vs the Freelancer rumble in the stairwell, excellent job by the actors & stunt team that pulled that off. So wild, and the ending....WHO saw that coming?
Very good episode, strange, but good. As far as dead Kiera well i'm sad, but it's normal. When timelines are being destroyed and created they are some casualties.
What a great return that was ! Garza and Kiera are gonna team up later, I'm calling it now. --> 'The I won't forget this' when Kiera helped Garza escape. Also glad that they had the Kiera and Alec meet up at the end and didn't leave that for the next episode, eventhough it was short & there were no words exchanged, the looks on their faces said it all.
ps. So if I got it correctly, Kiera shot herself ?
I'm thinking Emily/Mia is killing all the threats to her and Alec (having a life together) ie: all the "Time Travelers" Escher, Kiera, etc, etc..............! In this current predicament two Kieras equals...............BONUS! But just my theory for now, fellow poster. 4 A LIBER8ED TIMELINE, I am Nobody!!!
Another amazing episode. What a premiere!! Just love the show. It's one of those shows that you can't blink during watching! You are engaged from the first to the last second. So manyjaw dropping moments, and since every season starts slow and builds on, I really can't wait for next week. Seriously everyone should watch this show. That is how you write a good scifi story! Amazing!!
That was so awesome i was really impressed with the way this episode went down. Now there in a new time line where anything can happen. So awesome cant wait for net week.
I didn't know the show was back already! I just caught up and really like this season so far. I didn't know how the show was going to write themselves out of the dilemma that everyone was in, at the end of last season. However, after this premiere, I am once again very excited for this season. I really enjoyed this episode. One of my favorite scenes was Kiera and Garza's stairwell fight. I liked seeing these two team up. They have a natural chemistry that play well off each other. One of the most powerful and well-done episodes of last season was the one with Kiera and Garza's past and present story showing their roles in young and old Alex's lives. To start this season off, with these two teaming up, was a great idea. I hope the show teams these two up more in future episodes.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
OMG! What a crazy episode! I loved it!!
