  1. I missed this show so much! Poor Macey. I'm glad she was saved, though. And yay for Jenny getting up the courage to face the demon.

    Great episode!

  2. Irving has really grown on me. I'm assuming that now his wife will be in the loop? I also really like Macy and I think the actress playing her did a really good job playing the demon.

Abbie & Jennifer hugged at the end! It was such a good moment for them.

  3. What an awesome episode to kick off the final 3 episodes of the season!

LOL at Ichabod trying on skinny jeans for the first time XD

Macey was scary as hell as a demon. Woah! That's going to give me nightmares but I'm glad she's okay.

Also, can we please have more of Jenny holding huge guns and being a badass?!

Aww at the Abbie/Jenny hug at the end. That was sweet.

I wonder how in the hell Washington wrote that message in the Bible days after he died.

I can't wait for the finale next week!

  4. Fantastic and fun ep... Loved the resolution of some of the animosity between the sisters, and getting another supporter in Irving's ex hopeully, and bummer for the old priest. Cool scene with the lantern exorcism. a lol and boo on Abbie for dressing IC up in skinny jeans...... I think that they were teasing us, but of course now that will be his excuse to wear anything else but his ratty revolutionary wear.... I do hope that they address the wardrobe next season.... lol

  6. Great, an episode that really dug into the past to provide an enriching present and set up a promising future.

  7. I'm gonna get crap for this but,...Eh, I thought it was ok. It was way too much "The Exorcist" and that pretty much turned me off. I love the movie it's a classic, but i felt they were taking too much out of it. And it kinda felt like a poor excuse to get Macey out of that wheelchair. I also didn't like when Abbie and Ichabod were surrounded with the lantern, and Jenny "miraculously" had some background with the leader and let them go. It just felt sooo....forced. I think the only thing i did like about this episode, was that they gave Irving a big storyline, (even though i didn't care much for the story) His ex-wife found out. We found out the real reason Jenny was locked up. The great one liners. Anddd Abbie getting Ichabod to try on new clothes!! (clapping hands) Little Santana (glee) "Yay"...I new once she was talking in the beginning, and he wasn't there, i knew he had new clothes on! I thought it was hilarious. (Skinny jeans, really? lol) But when he quickly changed back into his clothes, that was even more hilarious.

Even though i didn't care much for this episode, i'm still glad the show is back nonetheless, and i can't wait til next week.

  9. The hug between Jenny and her sister at the end .... POWERFUL moment . Great acting skills from both of them

  10. I was too tired to watch this on Monday or Tuesday. I'm really glad I waited until my head was clear and I could focus. I loved Jenny and Abbie bantering about picking the lock. I liked the way they handled the demon. It was kinda creepy - though I preferred Jenny's make-up to Macey's. I decided that the blonde cop died because of a lack of respect. It's not a complaint just an observation. Liked all the character moments in the episode. Bummed that we only have one more week to go.

  11. I suppose there are two options. (1) They arrest Irving, assuming that his attacks on completely innocent people (from the department's POV) was a prelude to murdering the cop and the priest. or (2) the level of police work that allowed the department decide to let him continue to carry a gun after he attacked a stranger in the park and a cop in the squad room (in front of lots of witnesses) means the department will believe whatever story Irving tells them. LOL

I have on more than one occasion wondered if the Sleepy Hollow police department is a little like the one in Sunnydale. when cases get too close to the edge...the just nod at whatever will look good in an official record.

  12. Awesome all the way! I liked the show at the beginning but I wasn't as over the moon over it as everyone around here was but the last episodes have really done it for me, I am really liking it now. Jenny was amazing tonight and the actress portraying her is awesome, I can never remember that it's the same person who used to play Sonya on Nikita. I also like the focus on the Captain and his family. Great stuff, let's see what the finale brings!
