The numbers didn't take much of a hit with Ziva's departure, but the number of people actually talking about the show did. As much as non-shippers get annoyed with shippers, they sure did make the discussion of each episode a lot livelier.
I loved the Episode. They do a great Job and it was fun to see how Gibbs did react when faced with Hollis Mann :D Just great! Love it when we see Gibbs smiling.
AND even if the Fans of Ziva might want to strangle me ;): I think the Show is evolving on a great way. So, could the "When, If's, Why" just stop? She left because she wanted to leave.
I like Delilah so I too am hoping she comes through... and McGee pulls his head out of his part (going to the gala was a step in the right direction despite the outcome).
I agree, there is a lightness with the show since Ziva left.It reminds me of their earlier years except with a more mature Tony. The weight of the 'will they/won't they' is off of them and its like they can breath once again...
There will always be the Ziva diehards, take that as a given.
Instead of going to see if an agent he's very close with - involved in an explosion caused by a terrorist - was okay, he went back to NCIS. And then he ignored Hollis when she was talking to him.
Must of been out of the room for Gibbs not going to the scene.
I remember when Jenny was there and Hollis and Gibbs were talking to her about a case they were both working,he did the same then.I did't take it as Ignoring, just professionalism.Gibbs likes to keep that part of his life close to the vest, especially at work..
I don't watch TBBT,but Gibbs and Hollis had the same scene a few years ago.Not the conversation, but where they stood and what Gibbs was doing. It was like watching a flashback..
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Loved it! It was so good seeing Hollis again.I didn't think i'd miss her but i always liked the way she made Gibbs smile..
ReplyDeleteHope Delilah is going to be okay.

ReplyDeleteIt was really nice to see Hollis again! And now I'm really interested in Gibbs' second ex-wife, so thanks for that, Tony and McGee.
ReplyDeleteOh God, I'm scared for Delilah. And poor Bishop. I don't like the pressure Gibbs is putting on her.
Great episode!
Poor

ReplyDeleteBishop thrives under pressure though... it's how she works best... kinda like organised chaos! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI felt really bad for Mcgee! I hope he makes it through.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone else feel bad for Bishop? Gibbs seemed so out of character. I felt so bad for her at the end of that two minute scene.
Brilliant episode! Excellent mix of drama and comedy, definitely worth a re-watch or two
ReplyDeleteI laughed out loud when McGee was talking to Abbie saying Delilah left her clothes at his apartment. The look o his face was priceless!
ReplyDeleteI don't know if its just me but Sean hasn't been looking to well this season. He looks like he is either ill or was ill, have you noticed?
Yes! She sure does!
ReplyDeleteWhy do you feel bad for Bishop? And how is Gibbs out of character?

Sad Gibbs did not take the shot first.
ReplyDeleteBishop causes her own pressure it is the way she can make connections.
ReplyDeleteThat basement scene with Gibbs and Moira i mean Hollis lol was the exact scene we saw on TBBT when they were looking for penny's scene in NCIS lol
