We all know the sunset scene is going to win this one, and it was lovely, and the scene with the tattoo reveal was great as well, but I'm going to go with Jane going into the room with the smiley face. It's a quiet, sad little scene that harkens back to the pilot (the way it was shot, the music) and tells volumes about Jane's state of mind in this episode. I thought it was amazing.
I honestly thought the whole thing was too intense to pick one scene above any other . I would have gone for the sunset scene, but it has to be seen in the context of what went before and what came after. I've just read Gaelle's comment and I have to say that the way Simon played the scene in the smiley bedroom was masterfully simple and necessary to emphasis the depth of his emotion/fear/resolve/whatever ..... his intensity here only served to confirm that he meant every word he said in the sunset seen.
Showing. Sending. Spell check needed pronto. My pick probably Jane and five suspects and his time at home in Malibu. 5 -10 minutes perfect drama. I liked Jane/Stiles scene too him convincing with his Jane ways after Grace fails. Grace started well and acted strong. Stiles creepy as hell with his service of blood I looked for haffner in the ceremony. MM did play the old, alone and sick well I felt pity. Watching the J/L back I found nothing shippy nor romantic. He saw she will get in his way. Reminds me of him dumping her in 4.01 and did she really not think he was planning it. I saw signs in the first five minutes and in the attic. Haffner acted scared of Jane. Do people think you are RJ? Shocking. Comeuppance and keeping secrets dude.
I Think Red John Is Agent Ray Haffner / Reed Diamond He Killed Kira Tinsley And Told Her To Say To Patrick That Her Killer Has 3 Dots As Tattoos On His Left Shoulder And If She Doesn't Say That He Will Kill Her Family In My Opinion.
Wow, I came here to vote poor on last night's episode because it had nothing to do with Red John. Last night's episode that was shown in my area was all about Rigsby and the death of his father. I was like: What? In the midst of all this Red John buildup you show this stand-a-lone and there is not one single mention of Red John?! Now I'm very confused because I have no idea what episode I watched and where to find the one that was supposed to be on....grrrrrr I really hate football overruns. It didn't start until 10:59 in my area. Anybody got any reminders of what episode I did watch that would be great. I'll be checking OnDemand later today now for the one it was supposed to be and/or CBS.com. And yes, you can guess by my post that I'm not a full-time Mentalist viewer. Love the Red John story so I hit all those biggies, but the others are hit and miss.
I liked the reveal that three of them had three dots on their shoulder, the sunset scene would have been perfect if he didn't leave her but i get why he did
We know for a fact that red john is a member of tyger tyger so he does in fact have the tatoo.. But it's nice to see imaginative ideas. .We'll know for sure in the next episode
Wow, I cant just...wow - so awesome!!! But the thing about airing/not airing - is it right that half of the US saw it and the other didn't?! That is such a screw up...I hate CBS for it...and when are they going to air 6x07? I cant wait two weeks!!! Hopefully they show both next Sunday...but I guess thats wishful thinking...
