Yay for Jim Parsons.
ReplyDeleteGlad for Parsons, Dreyfus & Hale so far.
ReplyDeleteAren't there a bunch of categories missing?
ReplyDeletePeter was robbed!
ReplyDeleteHe is live updating the post.
ReplyDeleteI laugh a lot with Julia Louis-Dreyfus and the guy behind her!
ReplyDeleteAnna Gunn! Well deserved.
ReplyDeleteNo spamming, please.
ReplyDeleteWow,i cannot believe Kevin Spacey didn't win..
ReplyDeleteAwful winners...
ReplyDeleteBryan and Aaron lost! Are u freaking kidding me?
ReplyDeleteCan't belive it. Oh well. There's always next year! (Season 5B
ReplyDeleteYo, FINALLY!! Breaking Bad for the win! B*tch!
ReplyDeleteWoohoo! Breaking Bad won best drama series!!! So well deserved. Now gotta go watch tonight's episode!
ReplyDeleteOk, so, let's talk about the elephant in the room: Bryan Cranston didn't win.
ReplyDeleteDid I like it? Not really, but I didn't dislike it either. Why? First because at long last they did something unpredictable. Second because he was NOT nominated for the current episodes, but for last year's part of the season, which means there's still 2014. And third because Jeff Daniels did a remarkably good job with Will McAvoy, especially in that first scene in the pilot.
I'm way madder at the Academy for not giving Kerry Washington an award and going for Claire again. Of course the woman is good, but she won last year. Kerry deserved it and the Emmys deserved to have an african american up there.
Emilia Clarke Should have won :(
ReplyDeleteYay, for Breaking Bad and Anna Gunn, both should win next year aswell.
ReplyDeleteI happy for him too, well deserved.
ReplyDelete@TVWithoutPity: Flabbergasted that #BreakingBad actually won the #Emmy for Best Drama. Because it deserved it. And it's the Emmys.
ReplyDeletePerfect tweet. Pretty much sums up the night.
Modern Family won "Best Comedy". Seriously?
ReplyDeleteI'm the biggest believe in getting rid of racism but the award isn't about your skin colour and whether you won last year. It's about acting and while Kerry is awesome, Claire fully deserved another award.
ReplyDeleteNo Soa
ReplyDeleteno good Emmy...
Oh good, vote for someone because they are black..nice.
ReplyDeleteI never said people should vote for her because she is black, nor that Claire didn't deserve it. I think that, as in most categories, they should try and diversify the winners, specially when there are so many deserving nominees. And people shouldn't vote for Kerry because she's black, they should vote for her because she is good. The Emmys would be winning by having a freaking talented african american on their stage, and that would be bonus points, but I in no way believe people's motivation for voting should be her skin colour.
ReplyDeleteThis year was the calm before next year when Breaking Bad inevitably storm the board - Cranston, Paul and Gunn all thoroughly deserve to win again, as does the show itself.
