Excellent again. First, I had to get over my anger at the desk officer when mom-of-the-year Ms. Leeds appealed to him for help. Okay, she was acting her usual cuckoo, but she had a complaint and should have been listened to. Moving on, isn't Peter Sarsgaard amazing? He wanted to save his friend but there was no one around, so he could only try to talk him out of it from his cell. And then later, when he went off on Linden, I did too. Why oh why did she not talk to the kid way back when the murder first took place? Also, I found some humor in Kallie's mother call Bullet, "Trigger." Well, the words are somehow related.
Very solid episode again. Linda's scene with Beker was the best, really intense, loved it. The acting is the best thing about this show, everyone is do damn good!
I think he's a red herring, as Bennet Ahmed was in season 1. Suspicion regarding Ahmed started in the first 3 episodes and was resolved a few weeks later. Following the style of The Killing, people who are presented as likely suspects early in the show are soon found to be innocent. But, we'll see.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeletePeter Sarsgaard is truely amazing. He fits in great on the show.
ReplyDeleteI hated that desk officer! Sadly it is probably not far from the truth.
I am quite sure the killer is the pastor at the beacon home. The kids trust him and would get into his car anytime.
