I did not care for this episode but Renard was awesome. While I leaned a bit toward the trailer research with the Wesenology gang, in the end it was Renard stepping on the gun and saying, "Really?" that won the night for me.
I liked Rosalee's first visit to the trailer. Although I didn't appreciate Grimm blatantly repeating (albeit in a much shorter form) a plot they've already beaten into the ground but, on the bright side, the episode was very supporting character heavy. That part was nice.
It was far too soon to do this episode. Perhaps in season 4 when we had forgotten that most of season 2 revolved around love spells and their aftermath. I did like that Renard and hank got to shine in this one.
You're forgetting Nick bratting off to Monroe, and Monroe being all, "You should get your own HOUSE." That was hilarious. But Juliette bringing Nick out of the spell (and Renard saying, "Really?") was a close second.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteThe last 8 minutes made the whole episode worth watching.
ReplyDeleteThe trailer scene. I loved all the parts of Monroe, Rosalee, and Hank working together to save Nick.
ReplyDeleteRenard was great at the end too, stopping Anton from shooting Nick.
They captain says, "Really?"
ReplyDeleteThat was my favorite line too. Such awesome delivery! Renard rocked in this episode.

ReplyDeleteRenard for the win!
ReplyDeleteAll episode long!
ReplyDeleteApparently it's "Khloe" with a K. (Ewwwww)
ReplyDeleteThanks. That is annoying. I will fix it.
