The run doesn't matter. They would have tied the marketing to OUAT and and paired it with the show. The programs were definitely in competition for the same spot and ABC decided to stay in-house. The only difference now is that instead of Gothica being paired with OUAT, Wonderland will piggyback of of OUAT in order to cut down on repeats.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Last year they passed on Gotham and this year they pass on Gothica. I think ABC has an aversion to shows with "goth" in the title.
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking about Gotham a few minutes ago! Such a shame ABC didn't pick it up either.
ReplyDeleteI don't think so. That is supposed to get a limited run in mid-season.

ReplyDeleteBummer! It sounded interesting.
ReplyDeleteKinda sad. It was on my "lookout" list.
ReplyDeleteSo are King John and Keep Calm and Karey On.
ReplyDeleteI'm sad about Keep Calm and Gothica, had no clue about King John.
Sonofabitch. This is that damn OUAT spinoff's fault.
