    total damage control. I'm also wondering how bailey has infected these people as she would have worn gloves and all the personal protective stuff, right? What if this turns around and it's a sterilization problem in the OR?

    I think that more people starting to die means that maybe the problem is not Bailey but someone else that problem is that Bailey was the first doctor to loose patients and because of that they will continue investigating her as the main cause, but maybe they could find out that is someone else.. At least is what i could see in the promo, and is what I hope to be, I really don't wanna see bailey getting fired or sick she's the heart of Grey_Sloan.. And I would love to see some of these boring interns getting fired except for Brooks and Wilson. Maybe this will become Avery's fault and because of his name they'll uncover this story...

    I really prefer to see April with Matthew than with Jackson. They work out better as friends as Jackson is too much complicated, just like April, she need, and he need too, someone more normal...

    when a doctor comes in to see you (before and after surgery) they are suppose to sanitize their hands,but they don't always do that,as it happened to me. Especially when they are making their rounds.Most doctors do not wear scrubs or lab coats when making the rounds,after surgery that is when you usually see them in scrubs or lab coat.

    Yeah,i highly doubt Bailey is going anywhere.Its so in the early stages,they need a lock down in order to locate the *thing* that is causing this.

    I have a gut feeling it's Shane. I literally have no reason to feel this way accept his character story is literally the only one I could see having some justification and he's kinda creepy in a weird OCD--would have pictures of Derek Shepard in his bedroom kind of way and his dream just got crushed. That is if this turns into something that is intentional. I really like Shane though. The only one I want to go is Murphy because she doesn't fit. Her character doesn't seem like the type to really be able to be a doctor. If it's unintentional because she was on Bailey's service, I say it's her. Then of course if I were writing you'd have to put partial blame on Avery some how so that he is no longer forced into doing a job he isn't qualified to do for the next season and so that April can be there for him and "love him any way".And that would put Chief Webber back into leading since he is also coincidentally the only tie between the Hospital and the Avery family and he is obviously better fitted for the job. Okay, so this is what I would do any way to start the next season off stronger.
