I almost found suspicious that Gates didn't say anything yet. She has to suspect something at least.
If she really still doesn't suspect anything, they sure were lucky that she couldn't come at the bday party cause it would've been one awkward night of Beckett and Castle not being able to kiss in front of everyone like they did and have to hide to kiss at Castle's birthday.
Exactly. If, by some miracle, Gates doesn't really know anything yet you'd have to figure that with so many friends and co-workers that do know someone is going to slip up around Gates and let the cat out of the bag.
Right. Logic dictates she's going to have to say something about this sooner or later, especially since she's such a stickler for doing everything by the book.
I don't know if inviting her was a stupid idea. It seemed like a lot of people from the precinct was there. If they were to have a surprise party for Castle and invite everyone from the precinct except Gates it would probably end up making things worse in the long run.
that's just my opinion, but if it was my birthday I would've been really annoyed if my bf was there and I couldn't show any affection toward him all night because of ONE person in the whole group. Unless they knew a way to go to the bathroom or to the bedroom together without making it look suspicious in a 3 rooms appart^^;;; Kind of annoying to ruined a special night for just one person
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Ah I really want more and can't wait to see larger versions of these. Caskett Goodness :-)
ReplyDeleteA bomb with a pressure plate...when you need to be absolutely sure to kill something.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if this will finally be the episode where Gates finally catches onto and/or addresses Castle & Beckett's relationship?

I hope/think she knows, because otherwise she would look pretty stupid, IMO.

ReplyDeleteIf she trully doesn't know everything, she's kind of stupid and inviting her was a more stupid idea...
